I was so shocked when unis was choisen from that show and the maknae(12 just turned 13 when they debuted), the gurl is still in middle and still has her baby teeth; she most likely just started puberty and has to retrain to do everything because her voice and body is changing and that can affect her dancing and singing plus minors are going through alot and many youger idols have commented about feeling excluded or even bullied in school because of the career plus the bs they have to face from fans. You can see all the effects of debuting young on idols like taemin, nct dream, tzuyu, jungkook, niki, dino,etc..

I mean all of shinee were kids 18-14 is so young, we take about jyp and hybe loving to debut minors but almost every sm group from ses up to aespa with the exception of exo were made of very young maknaes. we take about mature concept given to young idols but song that are made to target the older fans that are vailed under a layer of bright music is also a problem(for explain the song were you male group sing about being obsesed with an older woman i equally are weird) or when older fan obsess over these young kids and waiting for them to turn into adults to sexualize them,not to mention 3rd gen obsession of the innocent concept which sometime border into being a lolita concept(MHJ giving rv first comeback with yuri a 15 a concept bordering on lolita). 21 - 18 should be the minum age for older members but the cut off age for the maknaes.
