How are you NOT covered in bruises? No matter what I do, pinch breaks give me HUGE bruises. I’m using a very light polypro hoop, but I still look like an abuse victim... 😅 Any advice on that?

I am going to be doing a talent show at my school, and I need a good song to hula hoop to. I am good at knee, feet, and some hand hooping. (Not mentioning other various moves) I am looking for something not to popular, but something that that people would be able to clap their hands to. It may also help if it has a few "drops" in it. I have been struggling to find a good song so I decided to turn to you, the hula hoop god.

+Stephanie Garcia cruncking sweet flow Breaks imo, could go by other tags 😻 instead of fixating on a moniker develop the move/style yourselves, then you'll feel well qualified to give moves your own tags & nicknames from moe. there was a surfing move, which seemed difficult [ as many things first appear ] somewhat risky too yet infinitely desirable partly due to crucial positioning/timing required on an already decent size wave... i digress as the various names for the type of move were virtually irrelevant as my focus became entirely to experience the feeling for myself... cutting to the chase due to my innate backward ambidextrousness and unfathomable doses of blind perseverance the move that eventually satisfied me was intrinsically different from that coveted move i set out to mimic radical demos of pure skill deserve equally radical descriptions however spontaneous. Truly awesome is often initially met with personal primordial sounds until shock and awe subside enough to coin phrases for it. have fun, unleash the neologism within you and your groups Because ppl shouldn't expect a breakdown, tag or explanation for each nuance in life imo. that' s banal watch, practice, develop your own version & tag for what you like Staunchly emulate Rachel's entire blazing flow instead k
