Here I am again. I thought I had found the one for me...and it came with a package deal, his little boy that I absolutely loved as my own. We thought we were forever, told each other all the time..until little unresolved problems turned into a fight which grew and grew over the course of 4 years. Eventually he told me he had enough. It's been just over 24 hours and I have felt every single emotion that is completely normal after a break up. Denial, Loneliness, Anger, Desperation -- which comes in waves and not in any specific order. I'm praying things become easier. Nothing is wasted if you reflect on your part in the reason for the break up. If you just settle on calling him names, hate and end it with that, you will have wasted the opportunity of learning that you have been blessed with. Turn the negative into a positive and remind yourself: Everything will be ok in the end....and if its not ok....its not the end. I love you Kandee. Thank you.

1. It's called insecurity when a guy treats you like crap. 2. Don't ever seek them out, look at thier profiles, drive by their house, etc.... 3. Love yourself and stop looking for fullfillment through relationships. 4. Set an example for your daughter(or son-in my case) that you are strong and independant. 5. Look at the relationship he has with his own mother. If he is a "Momma's boy", run...if he is disrespectful, run... 6. It is difficult at first to be without a partner-but...if you have been blessed with a child-focus on them. Let them know how special they are and teach them to love themselves. We can't fix all of the broken men out there, but we can certainly teach our own children how to respect themselves and demand it from others. 7. It hurts to have a broken heart, but there is no pain like watching your son or daughter get their heart broken. Teach your children so that they (hopefully) won't make the same mistakes we did.

I think I watched this video at least 15 times since my fiancé broke up with me last month or so. He put a ring on my finger in november for my birthday, moved in with me in january and left without any explanation at all at the end of may.I have never been happier than when I was with him, now I still cry every night 'cause I miss him so much. I was in a relationship for 2 years and one day out of the blue he broke up with me, and i was ok with that i accepted, but he kept sending me messages and hed come to my house when i wasnt home and leave things i knew were his, untill i got tired and asked him to stop. Sometimes we're with someone for so long we forget what we deserve, we forget our worth. Its been a hard experience but ive had soo many blessings. Things get better, and one day we'll look back and thank god for that difficult time because it got us to our happy place. I learned theres no use in losong sleep trying to understand it, we just have to accept it, accept that there something better coming, maybe not a new love but an opportunity, an experience and we'll feel whole again

Hey Kandee - I know you made this ages ago but I sobbed while watching this. Three days out of a breakup where my ex-boyfriend did something unforgivable and I had to break up with him. This video is so helpful because I'm just completely, utterly heartbroken right now - sobbing all the time, still unable to believe what he did, etc. I've cut off all contact with him and am just waiting for the worst of it to be over. Men go thru breakups too.. I recently had my heart broke 3 Times before it hit the ground. We're not all mean, insensitive, unfaithful and all of those bad things. Some of us are looking for that right girl that will appreciate us too. And yes breakups hurt a lot I know this for a fact. but I think its easier for a girl to recover, because guys will always approach you, us in the other hand have to recover from the break up by ourselves and regain our confidence by our selves and go thru a bunch of rejections before we get to be with someone alse. It sucks when you like a girl and she picks an idiot that won't treat her right over you because of looks.

I'm still going through it. I made the mistake of messaging him and he read it. I blocked him on FB, snapchat, but I can't find the heart to delete his number. He's 19 (almost 20) and he gets C's in his classes because he spends more time playing video games. I actually wrote two essays for him (TWO ENTIRE ESSAYS), he got fired for taking multiple breaks, and he makes crude jokes and says mean things online to little kids. He doesn't know what he wants to do in life but wants to make a lot of money, but he wants to make YT videos but doesnt have the money to buy the stuff. He was nice and all, but my god he's a deadbeat. I'm still a little hurt, but typing out all the bad qualities about him helps :')

I was with my girl for almost two years. It was always tough because i live in England and she lives in France, but we were so incredibly in love. We had so much in common, i loved her imperfections and seeing her made me euphoric. We planned to get through university and then marry each other. In my mind she was my wife, and she saw me as her husband. I did everything for her, i would take night coaches from London to Paris and back over a weekend just to see her for about 8 hours. However, due to some issues we didn't see each other for about 4 months and some guy started to give her emotional support and attention (physically, which i was unable to do from where i was) and then she eventually kissed him a week before i was to see her.. It ripped out my heart, i was in shock (I still am), and i called telling her that i could forgive her. She played with my emotions for 3 weeks, giving me false hope. With much pain and suffering i decided that i had to cut her out of my life in order to heal. She was the girl of my dreams, in fact she still is.. But i have to be strong and live my life, i cannot live my life in misery. I am almost 19, who knows what the future holds, maybe there is someone even more incredible out there, maybe it will be her.. God has a plan. Be strong everyone

Trips from london to paris (reeeally time-consuming). If you really loved someone, and the relationship did not work out , depression is unavoidable. You have to feel and go through the pain and heal without letting it overwhelm you. when things did not work between me and first gf and she broke up with me, I was numb for a few days and then the pain and sadness really struck. My mood was so low and I could not get more than 4 hours of sleep a night . I would wake up suddenly feeling anxious . Sometimes , I would be so angry. There was strictly no contact between me and my ex gf. I continued to attend class and study,but allowed myself time to feel the full intensity of the pain every day for a few hours. I would cry with no inhibitions . After a few weeks , my mood lifted and I could sleep more. The feelings of sadness were still there but less intense. I think it took about 7 to 8 months to fully grieve over my ex gf. One day , I just realised I had gone for a few days without thinking about her at all . No desire to get back with her and open to dating again. I also exercised regularly to help my mood. I talked to my friends about my ex and they helped me by listening and just hanging out.

A week ago my boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me, he said he still loved me but that the relationship was stuck. I accepted it and tried to understand yet the next day he sent me a message to tell me he couldnt sleep because he wasnt sure it was the right choice and when i asked what we could do he said nothing, and the day after that i came home to find a snowman he had in his car that we named together but i decided not to do anything about it, after that he sent me a message saying he missed me so much. It was tempting trust me, it pisses me off so much to see him act like the victim and get drunk and tell people its the only way he can forget me, when it was me who got dumped. I got so fed up with it i sent him a message asking for an explanation and he just said it was part of a process but that he is happy now. How sad must it be that youre willing to play with a persons feelings just so that you can feel ok. I now know that i deserve so much better, and i dont need someone like that in my life. Remember if he really missed you hed do so much more than just a message. Every single one of us is worth all the love in the world.

This video helped me so much. I'm 15 and I recently got out of a horrible horrible relationship with a guy that was 17 and made me feel like he cared about me when he didn't. He treated me so badly and all I ever did was love him and he manipulated me into thinking I wasn't good enough for anybody but him.. He got me pregnant and then abandoned me and found another girlfriend and I just recently had an abortion because of the circumstance I was in. I wake up everyday and all I want to do is cry and I ask myself why this guy had treated me so wrong and hurt me so much, I was there for him when nobody was and it just hurts..
