“I just don’t have it today.” AND then you drop nearly 700 watts going up the castle climb, followed by at least 4 stupid hard efforts on the ending sprint. I’m not worthy. You inspire me to push friggin harder! Great race.

Haha, perhaps I need less negative self-talk. Whenever my legs are done, my final sprint turns into multiple short 1-2 second efforts 😅
