He's not the first gay person who I've heard say that it is not something you're born with and I believe he's right. I just don't think that all gay identity is born from trauma. Personally, I don't think that people are born with a sexuality but, rather, it is something that is cultivated in you through socialization and personal discovery.

His family knew they had predators within the family. When he said they make you “Sleep with the light on..” For him, he was groomed and that is sad apart of him sounds like he was robbed from being the man his father wanted him to be and that hurts him to the core, his inner child screams out “it’s not my fault” and all he really wants is his fathers love….

My degree is in psychology, I studied trauma and its affects of child molestation. I also studied world religion. Egypt is in Africa However it should not be viewed the same prior to Arab invasion and colonization. I can speak with absolute assurance when I tell you homosexuality runs deep within their nation. The elite prefers little boys. Other males of lesser class systems also Gr@pe little boys. I used to cry at the thought. Those babies have no protection and when these babies grow up to be promiscuous rather it be with make or female its almost always rooted in them being violated as children. The other option is to keep the sick cycle going by violating other boys...or girls. If a woman were to come out, her family would end her. I applaud him for being brave to tell his story because this isn't a topic discussed publicly. Just like catholic priests, it's their known hidden secret. They also are sexually unhinged and deviant in Dubai. I'm dismayed but not shocked the least bit. The Roman empire also practiced these vile acts. That's why yall gotta listen beyond what you "hear". The "Smart guy" breaks this down perfectly. I feel bad for him and never left vulnerable little boys outta my prayers. By the way these comments are displayed, im severely disgusted that yall are overlooking this man's generational trauma and hurt. BTW Chris..we rocking with you all the way✊🏾❤

I accept that he believes that, but I think he's viewing the world through the lens of his situation. I know plenty of LGBT people (me included) who grew up with good lives and just ended up liking what they like. Of course, we all go through hard times, but I never experienced anything that affected my sexuality. I just eventually realized I liked what I liked one day and continued living life. Every gay person is not this poor soul that grew up being abused and mo****ed all day. Y'all gotta meet more people who are different from you.

i don’t believe that all sexuality is born out of trauma. The culture conditions people to be straight, so to break the mold could easily be based on your idea of what a man is. trauma can affect how you go about your sexuality, but i don’t think it determines which gender you like. You could’ve had a positive experience as a kid . For me, i saw someone that really intrigued me, where i thought “i love this person”. Gym culture is pretty gay. Wrestling culture is gay. Hypermasculine cultures in general are homoerotic and those dudes marry women. Some men are gay and adopt a heterosexual life until they get divorced and then they seek same gender relationships. Not all gays were molested.

I just think it’s crazy that we live in a world where people will literally try to force me into believing something happened to me to where I am not attracted to women. No, it’s not a choice. I’m not choosing to not get a hard on from women. I just don’t. I never have. It just never happened. Nobody can force a str8 man to get a hard on for another guy. If he’s str8 no amount of money or even having a gun to his head will make him like men. This guy has been traumatized, and he’s projecting. Some of us were raised with love and nobody MADE us do anything. He hates himself and the rest of us in the community who are just like him. I could tell he was BITTER soon as he came on the screen. I feel his pain but don’t take it out on your own people trying to be a pick me for y’all str8 people.

Ur right, not everyone has been touched, in fact most have been allowed to date too early (which leads to heartbreak earlier than normal, which can cause a pressured sexuality change) and most have lacked fathers and/or two-parent households which can also lead to sexual changes due to the fact that a large amount of parents don’t know how to instill the proper gender roles in their children.

It's harmful because it bolsters the false narrative that non straight people are groomers and p3-dos. This mf is in direct opposition to arab lgbtq people.

@@beezusalmighty8791 "proper gender roles" are subject to change so your prospective is outdated. Besides, statistically, since straight people are the firm majority, it would have to be also true that most single parent homes produce straight kids. In fact it's more probable that you have a non straight kid the more kids you have, not because of how you raise them.

Its funny how when a gay person talks about an experience that probably effects the majority of your community you would say this not true etc, but I also wonder if you speak up when your community encourages grooming and sexual transitions of minors? Are you vocal about that issue or you pick and choose what you like about your community. To me it seems like yall just wanna party for pride and keep quiet on real issues like the secret pedos in the community. Just saying

I’m straight and I think this jus his view on it. I’ve literally grew up with boys that were more feminine even question. Why is he like that at such a young age? I’ve come to realize that they must just be born that way how do you it has to be because how can you be so young and so female like?
@Lena.Jones13
@Lena.Jones13 Жыл бұрын
Exactly!!! It’s the female like part that was getting me too, cos not all gay men look or talk like that, i know a whole lot do and that’s no prob with me… heck i just heard him admit he’s feminine. I feel for his experience though and i know that does happen in those communities though (and many more) but i mean the communities where it’s basically illegal and they’re killed for it.

I'm sad to hear this about him. Sadly because of how religion has made sexuality out to be a sin, it causes perversion. There is so much homosexuality from the beginning of time, but they have to hide it and push it away, then they end up with temptations and perversion to touch vulnerable people in their families. It's tragic. This guy is gay and at least he is "out", but he's misguided because of his trauma. He's actually bisexual and that's okay. I just wish he could heal because his pain is only perpetuating others to be in pain. Mashallah. May Allah help him heal.

Unlike the interview with the trans ex convict, this interview was very informative. I believe him and I can feel his pain. You can tell he is not lying either. I just have compassion for his entire testimony. Plus his energy is so genuine and honest. I think he'd make a cool friend. I can tell he misses his family a great deal but I truly respect him for standing on his truth. I wish this human happiness 😊

It’s not about who touched them it’s about the projection of heterosexuality on to ppl when they are kids and are impressionable. A child doesn’t know sexuality they have to learn and experience it themselves. Being gay is due to the inability to be able to learn and experience sexuality for themselves.

My son is gay, and has never wanted a woman and has never been molested to my knowledge. I feel this is his experience, and I respect it but it sounds like self-hatred from his upbringing, and he can't seem to come to terms that he really gay. So he throws in a woman every know and again to say he is bi. I wholeheartedly disagree with his viewpoints. My son came out to me a bi and that's quickly changed to gay a month or so later. Ijs

I’m gay and I also say that you’re not born that way. I enjoy women…. My stepmom abused me and broke my leg, and tortured me…my father was a coward he never protected me he was too busy sleeping with my step sister since she was 11 years old. So I sought love from women they replaced a motherly figure and I steered clear of men because I lacked trust in them, saw them as weak, and perverts. I wanted friendships from women not sex now that I’m older when he said that it resonated with me on another level because he spoke my heart…. Sometimes you want the love that you lacked growing up… now that I’m older …. I’m celibate and single because of the social contagion going on in society…ratchet is the new trend. I prefer deep thinkers and ppl with more goals than social media

Young teens making adult decisions when their brains aren’t fully developed is a problem. But for them live a life they don’t feel comfortable with isn’t fair either. So I don’t know what the answer is! I do know the answer for transitioning before your brain if fully developed is a HARD No! I’ve seen many that have said they regretted their actions!

Good deeds doesn't save you, you get rewards for your Good deeds,the only way to God is through Jesus christ,you must die to yourself, turn away from your sin and live for christ. You have to die to sin .Jesus said if you love me, then keep my commandments .It's very dangerous to give in to your sin nature with no repentance and depend on your Good deeds with the expectations to make it to heaven,your depending on your own works to get to God and not on jesus...
