Looks great. I'm staying here with work in November. Those (coddled??) eggs @ 3:06 look beastly! Was this part of the buffet do you remember ?

@@MatthewCyUK Amazing! What a great place to stay…the breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. The eggs were from the shakshouka which was included in the buffet! Delicious!
