Hi brother we actually do almost the same here in the south of Iraq like every morning we cook eggs and bread made in tanour (we also call it tanour) made of clay its really surprising how these old things still used today 🎉

Ok no offense but the "challenged Gordon Ramsay" was a bit cringe to be honest. Also it is common knowledge that salt, oil and sugar do make the food taste better everyone knows that. our body craves the oil, sugar and salt. That's why junk food taste good is because of those ingredients.
