Anu you prepared Adai so yummy and delicious ma...im like ur mom ma...My mom prepared this adai.but my mom put pepper corn...and dry Chilly asafoetida.. Ginger and garlic 🥜..cumin...coconut 1/2 turmeric powder Aiso grind with navadhaniyam...and greens drumstick leaves ☘️ or spinach with coriander...now Adai dosai tasty ma..... 🔥🌹👈🏻 don't mistake me ma . this is my mother's recipe Mrs Vrunda Bhatt from Chennai 78

No kandipaga oora vaikanum becoz this all are heavy proteinicious ...not easy to digest so it is must to soak.otherwise u can wash all and give a light dry fry in the pan then grind and store .will use for healthmix porridge
