Intha adai dosaiyudan, 1 cup curry leaves, half cup omavalli leaves, 1/4 cup pudina serthu araithal supero super. Enga veetu adai amarkalama ippadi than irukkum. Side dish ethuvum vendam. Little butter and palm jaggery is enough.murungai keerai cut panni wet flour la add pannalam. Or dosai thiruppi podumun mazhai charal mathiri thoovi vidalam

U can use without kollu,whatever dal u have, u can use it. U can keep it in the fridge as well. But the only thing is that it will slightly ferment.
