I pack my kids chips too because they like chips. I give them veggies and fruit too and a sandwich or main meal also. When I was growing up we couldn't afford chips so I like to give my kids what I could not have. Alicia you are a good mom. You bend over backwards to give to your kids cause you care and you love them. If you are an empath like Alicia is, you will understand. If your not, you won't.

Now I want to make pot roast. ❤ I know everyone has their own way of making pot roast, but I wanted to share a few tips with you. First, add COCA-COLA in addition to the beef stock. I do 50/50 with coke and beef stock. Second, let your roast cook by itself on low for around 3-4 hours, then add your carrots. Let the carrots and roast cook together for around 45 minutes, then add your potatoes last. When your potatoes are fork tender and just before serving add 2-3 packets of AU JUS. You can find those packets of Au Jus near the gravy packets at the grocery store. My kids love to dip bread in the roast juice and eat everything. Try it. It is delicious

Tip! ❤ Prepare the peppper with the tap on with clean hands then after take off the tap... with now the peper allready in place u can use with the one clean hand left to season it.

I’m the same way with my kids food. I would rather pack them too much then never enough. I also have my kids finish anything leftover for snack before they get a snack from the cabinet. But I also send 2 ice packs so the stuff stays cold all day. We still read every night to my kids. I normally read to my 7 yr old. And my oldest reads to dad. But she is to the age she reads a chapter or two from whatever book she is reading. I do the paper towel water hack it totally works as long as the paper towel is near the onion!
