A delicious quick banana and chocolate cake! Very easy, not too sweet and melts in your mouth! This cake has the texture of a flan without dough. Yogurt cake prepared in a few simple steps, you will have a delicious cake perfect for breakfast, a midday snack or even a dessert. In addition, this recipe can be easily modified to suit your needs. 1 - Yogurt can be replaced with mascarpone cheese or crème fraîche
2 - Sugar can be replaced with about 100 grams of banana puree.
3 - Flour can be replaced with starch to have a gluten-free cake (for the choco/banana base: 35 grams of starch, for the yogurt base: 20 grams of starch).
4 - The cake can be kept for up to 3 days.
5 - Air fryer cooking is possible at 180°C for about 15 min.
