@@user-hj7wv8cl7j You can go as far as the next galaxy and you still won't find anyone funnier than Dave Chappelle. You are basing your opinion on popular opinion, but if you ever really watched comedy, you'd know that Redd Foxx, Pryor, Bruce and the others you named are nowhere near as funny as Chappelle. Redd Foxx and Richard Pryor used profanity and shock value back in a day when that was unheard of, but their actual comedy was not as good as the well-thought-out Chappelle routines. As for Katt Williams, well, he's funny and he is also extremely good at eating pussy (trust me, I know). Other than that, he'll never be as good as Chappelle.

The reason everyone loves Dave Chappelle is that he's comedy is edgy, dark, honest and intelligent. He speaks on things that other people are scared to speak on, political things that need to be spoken about and he does it in a smart, funny way. He gets people to think about things they otherwise might not think about. The guy is a comedic genius but more than that he comes across as a genuine person not just someone pretending to be genuine the way he treats Donnell in this interview is proof of that, he doesn't join in with making Donnell the butt of the joke but shows respect for the guy, that is a genuine guy, I have the utmost respect for Mr Chappelle and his comedy. I remember staying up late at night with my cousins to watch brand new episodes of Dave Chappel almost ten years ago. I was eleven or twelve years old, nowhere near old enough to watch this guy perform his skits or the Dave Chappel Show. I am 23 years, and seeing my favorite comedian almost ten years later performing again, watching his new interviews, hearing him talk about his experiences and his life, seeing him make moves, knowing that he is doing well in life and his family is healthy makes my heart glad for my man, Dave! Dave is 44 years old, has spent 30 years of his life doing comedy. Left after finishing The Chappel Show, almost ten years ago. HE IS NOT GOING TO BE THE SAME PERSON AS HE WAS TEN YEARS AGO. Age has made him stronger, wiser; he always been thoughtful of the things he says in his interviews. This man is a thinking man, and he always was. This is the Dave that has experienced his own life in the last ten years, so of course we are going to see the changes and effects of age.

Watch any performance or interview especially towards the one with Oprah and her making fucked up faces to the facts he was spewing about their real bosses in the line of work they shared together. Then he runs to Africa on hiatus, there were allot of things done that he wasn't suppose to do, due to becoming rich and famous and speaking on topics that are real and true, and just no longer wanting to be their puppet anymore by quitting a show he was offered a ton if evil money to do. Common, ppl can't be this stupid. Well son, I've been watching Chapelle since the first fucking nutty professor, oh yes kids He was in it. Watched almost every interview he's in and performance he's done since that time. This person they interviewing here is only a piece of Dave that was stolen, to imitate the original that is why he doesn't sound as Crisp, almost puppet like stupid, etc etc lol I cant believe ppl say they a chappelle fan and can't even tell the difference from an imitation to the real thing. Smh I got excited also when I heard he is back to do a special on Netflix. Thought it was pretty funny, but not the full Chappelle. Jokes weren't as crisp, weren't that funny, he sounded like an idiot who don't understand what's going on. I'm not much younger than this thing on here claiming he is and I'm not much different from myself in my common demeanor and well actually myself.

I'll tell you why the "whites" love Dave, it's because he has a social liscence to joke about the issues that plauge our society. Issues of race are very hard for white comedians to pull off without catching a shit ton of flak. Humor disarms social issues of their power. Dave Chappelle is one of, if not the most important comedian of our time.
