I wasn't going to watch this interview and when it popped on my screen and heard Eryka's' soothing voice, I decided to watch. So happy when Loren asked about the song "Bag Lady" and to hear Erykah say, "I had to leave parts of me behind alot of times we resort to the familiar even when it's toxic. We have to move forward and never look back, leaving our old ways." Whew, a tear almost came down hearing that. I'm going through the motions even though I chose to leave a situation.
