Egypt Johnson it depends sometimes it do be broke cuz they got a lot of big orders sometimes it can’t keep up and also if they don’t fill the ice cream mix up in time when it starts beeping it goes into freezer lock where u can’t draw ice cream at all sometimes they have to call it in to get it fix and sometimes it goes into heat mode early heat mode is when it heats up the mix to kill off any bacteria and when it comes out of heat mode it’s clean and ready to serve I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and seen how it really works if it hasn’t been cleaned and they tell people if it’s broke it really is broke they usually be waiting on a part to fix it and once the maintenance team comes out to fix it than they have another maintenance person come out and clean it and put fresh mix in it’s more than what this person is telling u

No I have gotten a fresh batch. Besides if they put it back in the fryer you will be able to tell it is sometimes soggier and sometimes it is crispier than you would otherwise get. No I don’t think they put it back because there would still be salt in the fryer too if they did that. The only issue is they use the same scooper to scoop the fries up which has some salt on it. They should use a different scooper, one for salt and one for no salt. This will prevent transfer.
