Yes muffins are not traditional in full english breakfast, the authentic English breakfast should have fried bread but muffins are traditionally served with eggs Benedict as you said with bacon, ham, smoked salmon, spinach and Hollandaise sauce… as for bolo inglês the English calls it madeira cake and it’s also popular more likely on a afternoon tea ☕️

I always wonder how they judge eggs, cus it’s one of those things that it’s eaten different all around the globe, some people would make sure the yolk hardens all the way, some leave it on a more liquid state, even I sometimes prefer it different ways, so I was genuinely puzzled when he told her that her egg was a bit on the over side, for me that’s perfectly fine and in my country that would actually be considered undercooked since we tend to harden the yolk and burn the edges of the egg a little bit for that crunchy bite.

I love how an English breakfast in America is nothing like an actual English breakfeast.

I like how in master chef Canada they always give constructive criticism instead of just cursing and belittle the contestant's mistake

Honestly as an Asian, we all love to cook our eggs sunny side up with a little bit burnt around the egg white. This is how we eat eggs for breakfast, Chef Alvin would agree with me if he judge this dish since he is from Hong Kong.

Maybe I am biased as a Canuck but, the judges really make Masterchef Canada the best for me. Hard when they need to be and gentlemen by default
