FILM DESCRIPTION:
The first major breakdancing film, Breakin' stars Lucinda Dickey as a dancing student who dislikes the hidebound regimen of her demanding teacher. She breaks free from terpischorean tradition when she befriends a bunch of street kids devoted to breakdancing. Within a year of its release, Breakin' spawned a sequel, Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Man.. Lucinda Dickey was like one of my first crushes. Her dancing, her attitude and looks.. I don't love the Pixie Cut but I love it on her. I read on Imdb that the boys really did resent Lucinda coming from Classical Dance since she was a little girl and they were Street Dancers so the resentment you see from Ozone in the film, is really not acting, according to Lucinda. So at the end when they're all hugging and crying. I really think that scene is real and was filmed near that last day of shooting and when Shabba Doo finally realized that they're getting their own movie and he couldn't have done that without Lucinda and Shrimp and they realized they couldn't have done it any other way than together. It's touching.

No that's Tong Po's (Michel Qissi) brother Youssef Qissi The one in Bloodsport as Suan Paredes. And the 3rd brother Abdel Qissi were both in A.W.O.L.together & Abdel Aka (Atilla) was in the film the Quest. All 3 brothers are Moroccan/Belgian & were good friends to Van Damme in Brussels.
