This takes me back! I was just a kid when my older brothers took me to see this in the theater in the Bay Area. People were break dancing in the lobby before and after the movie. There will never be another decade like the 80’s! Great vlog!

I simply love the fact that you go back and forth in between the film and the location which it saves us the viewer from going back and forth in the video... thank you!

Also Ozone and Turbo's house depicted in the movie , was also used as the main house for the movie " Boulevard Nights".

I added that as well.... It wasn't a movie prop & if you remember the brother from boulevard nights was the brother from American Me who killed his little brother Lil Puppet

Wow, i'm just so stoked that the building that was Miracles is still there. Just like in the movie Breakin 2 i thought that after all this time it would be torn down condemned etc. It's just so comforting to know that some "stupid shoppin centre" didn't end up in it's place in real life.

As always, another outstanding job! You match up the spots perfectly and do them with an informative - and when applicable - a comedic twist that always makes me laugh. I’ll never forget when I first saw this movie in theaters and saw Turbo in that rotating room. The dancing, the song, it was an amazing scene then and I still love rewatching it now. Thanks for doing this movie.

I still got the 'I believe in the beat' record that was the last song in this movie. Breakin', or 'Breakdance' as it was named in Europe, this one and BEAT STREET made me dive deeper into graffiti, which I am still doing today at almost 50. Great video!

Kurt your the best at this location footage & info thanks Brother.
@whoami77212 жыл бұрын
It's great to see how these locations have changed. I'm always impressed by how much better things usually look in LA neighborhoods now. The houses and everything look less run-down than they did in the 1980s and even the '90s. That breaking thing was so short lived, it seems. I think by the time it made it to the 1984 Olympic closing ceremony show, with Lionel Richie performing, it had "jumped the shark". By '85 it seemed to have disappeared.
