​​Breaking Absolutes is new a hard rock and heavy metal interview show launching as a premiere partner on Twitch this April. More than simply a platform for artists to share their upcoming release, Breaking Absolutes endeavors to peel back the stereotypes and go deeper on the musicianship, the value, and the innovative and broad-reaching emotional appeal of hard rock and heavy metal. Show creators intend Breaking Absolutes to help lead a revival in the interest and consumption of the genre.
Show host, Peter Orullian, is a music industry veteran, having spent years working with major labels and artists to showcase their music across multiple networks and platforms. Some of this work was done with the Xbox platform and brand, where Orullian drove visibility for artists to the gaming demographic. Orullian has also been an international touring vocalist, in addition to recording efforts as a writer and producer for his own music. This enables Orullian to speak with authenticity to working musicians. Orullian is also a veteran interviewer across multiple artist mediums, and is known for insightful and entertaining discussion that builds desire and interest for those with whom he speaks.

Amazing interview. Good solid questions that I would have thought to ask Sharon myself! She is so humble, sweet, and beautiful 😍 even after all these years. The part where you mentioned the band always experimenting to bring something new is absolutely true, but Sharon's modest response of the fans either are "both excited and afraid" On the contrary, EVERY Within Temptation album and every song in it is a MASTERPIECE to me. Enter, Mother Earth, TSF, THOE, The Unforgiving, Hydra, and Resist!!! They have proven themselves time and time again. It is incredible! Sharon is the definition of pure natural talent meeting hard work, opportunity, all mixed with a bit of luck. It is so sweet how she says their success is an accident 😂. They made it and I can never express how much Sharon and the band's work means to me after all these years. I wish I can meet and talk with her one day but not as an interview but as friends. 🥺 WT forever 🤘💜💜💜

A great well researched interview Peter thank you. I love the way Sharon is conducting the interview in a vehicle out in the parking lot (maybe hiding from Robert and the kids out there!) and I also found it funny that as the interview progressed it slowly went dark lol. Maybe there could be a song in that. I'm a great Within Temptation fan (erm, even at the tender age of 67!) and have all their albums, including Sharon's solo album My Indigo. OK, there might be the very odd duffer in all that mix, but they still rate 5+stars IMHO. My favorite song to date? Among many, it has to be 'And We Run' featuring Xzibit from the superb Hyda album. Looking forward to seeing you guys in Leeds UK in April. Good luck. :)
