This scene makes Tuco so much more terrifying. If he intentionally killed his lackey for talking out of turn he’d be fucked up and evil, sure, but acting genuinely confused that the guy you just beat the piss out of is seriously injured? @@konrad94886 I think this happened because Tuco’s actor didn’t want to stay on for the whole season so they had to increase the tension by making Walt and Jesse murder witnesses

@konrad94886 if you're referring to Vince Gillian's original plan for Jesse's then no he would have already been dead for this scene was in the second season. The original plan was for Jesse to die in the first season. Originally Tuco was going to kill Jesse when he took his meth in the first season. Walter would have went off the deep end with feelings of guilt over Jesse's death and went after Tuco for revenge. Season two would have Walter carrying out his plan against Tuco. He would have somehow had Tuco restrained in his basement with a shotgun rigged up to kill him if he were to try and escape. It would have then taken an even darker turn as Walt Jr would have stumbled upon Tuco and freeing him only for Tuco to end up killing him. As crazy as that all sounds it was part of the original story. I'm sure there are ways you can look it up and confirm it.
