Because Nacho knew any kind of poison would be easly traced and he and the cook would be the first to blame and Salamanca gives judgment before proof. Plus it`s happening when internet was only starting to be a thing but either way no inteligent person would bet their life on knowledge from internet. And there is a reason why Nacho switched those pills back after Hector turned into vegetable - so all would look like unfortunate event of pills not working for Hector severe anger issues.

Michael Mando is such an incredible actor, I remember first seeing him as Vaas in the video game Far Cry 3 and he EASILY was one of the best parts of that game and is still one of the greatest villains in video games to this day. Whenever i see a scene in their restaurant, it's just nacho (and krazy-8 and lalo) counting dealers' incomes. I mean, when we have scenes at GUS' restaurant, you can see that, no matter the place, the place is full of them; sitting on the tables, buying takeaway food (is that correct one? english is not my first language), buying from cars, waiting in the rows, .... but with salamanca part, its nothing; just nacho, hector, krazy-8, and lalo counting dealers' money.
