Identify your limiting beliefs:
Begin by recognizing and listing the specific limiting beliefs that are holding you back. These beliefs often start with phrases like "I can't," "I'm not good enough," or "I'll never be able to." Be honest with yourself about what beliefs are causing you self-doubt or fear.
Understand the origin:
Reflect on where these beliefs come from. Did they develop from past experiences, childhood conditioning, or external influences? Understanding the origins of your beliefs can help you gain insight into why you hold them.
Challenge your beliefs:
Question the validity of your limiting beliefs. Are they based on facts and evidence, or are they assumptions? Consider alternative perspectives and evidence that counter your limiting beliefs. This can help you see that they are not as solid as they may seem.
Replace with empowering beliefs:

Visualization and affirmations:
