I am proud to say that this song saved a life. A few years back I was going through a very rough time. Husband left me for another woman when a was 18 weeks pregnant. He took everything with him including our car and the money from our shared bank account. I then lost the baby due to stress of getting my life back together. Depression kicked in and I became someone I didnt know. Music became my comfort blanket and this song specifically was on repeat for hours at a time. The lyrics honestly helped me push through it all and refuse to back or accept defeat, because I was not going to let my ex take my life with him. I am proud to say that I am currently engaged to a wonderful man now and am doing so much better. I know the band will never read this, but I'll never forget this song or group.

He can't even come close to the kind of showmanship Chad displays on this video that I haven't seen behind the drums for a very long time. Thats why he's up front with a side view of him and his kit. So people can see how badass his drumming style is with all its intricacies. It totally makes the whole music video alot more badass! Every movement he makes has a perfect purpose. Kry Kry Stott the lineup of that era had its pros and cons, Chad’s more technical than Shaun is behind the kit and Aaron was a master with the lead guitar effects. A huge problem with this lineup was the lack of backing vocals, Aaron’s a decent singer and could’ve done backup during live performances and it really would’ve helped Ben out.

Ben is a savant as a song writer and with his vocals. I love Chad's drumming. How he works the bell on top of cymbals gets me every time. I have tried to learn this song on drums and still miss a beat or a note. Just haven't got it perfected yet.
