About water in rice. Hmong people do that too. I even throw in some icecubes to cool it down. I usually like to do that when I eat something salty or savory. It balances out the meal.

My fave rice finesse is soy sauce, sesame oil, fried egg and some kimchi.. sooo good! It would be fun if yall each make a spam dish that you guys think is dank. And bring it to the pod and compare and rate each others dish/recipe/toppings/technique. Chef Roy could come back and judge if he not too busy. Super fun episode!!! I did not kno about the seeds! Broken bread is so informative.

Hmong People eat Rice and Water with anything. The poverish people on the old country would eat Rice, Water and just thai pepper and salt. I love eating cold rice with cold water and any cooked meat. Cool that Koreans do that too!
