BREAKING: Cleveland Cavaliers fire head coach JB Bickerstaff

BREAKING NEWS out of the NBA this morning - the Cleveland Cavaliers have fired head coach JB Bickerstaff.
Bickerstaff led the Cavs past the first round of the playoffs for the first time since the early 1990s without LeBron James, but it wasn't enough to keep his job long-term.

Mark Jackson has experience. Why isn't he a candidate? Was does he continue to be overlooked? I'm not sure why he was fired as the Goldenstate Warrior's coach, but he build that team with Curry, Thompson & Green. It really doesn't matter why he was fired, every coach should be given a 2nd chance, especially if he's a proven! Mark Jackson may be the coach that we need to helo us get to the next levek and I believe that he could figure out how to put the young players in the best position to contribute. Like Bates, Porter, Merrill, Jones and even Isaiah Mobley. We have talented players, who will still feel like rookies next season because of a lack of playing time.

Under Thibodeau, the Knicks got eliminated in the second round for the second straight year - and they missed the playoffs once, Thibodeau has been a head coach for how many years now? He's won not one ring. Yet, he gets chance, after chance, after chance 🤔

Didn't look that great against the Magic this season, JB is alright but didn't develop fast enough. Would be fine if they didn't have Mitchell but, all this give him season after season to figure ish out stuff is not how the league works. Cavs would've ended up as the Atlanta Hawks of LeBron's second go around, a solid regular season team that would be lottery lucky to even make it to the ECF
