Great job !! Just remember a dull knife if it cuts you does more damage then a sharp one! Also can freeze the broth in ice cube trays can pop them out as needed one or more at a time

I just make the chicken broth, then add miso and whatever noodles and veggies and meat desired :)

@@abiljohnson haha from your comment I can assume you are not from Slovenia or east Europe in general. :D Here food as meat and vegetables in the market are considered of lower quality. That's because the foods from the supermarket are sold by "companies" and animals are usually brought up in small confined spaces with steroids and antibiotics etc... to make it grow faster, have more meat to reach "economics of scale" and profits. Consequentially, it is less good for you in terms of health, and also the taste is quite different from one that was raised on a farm wondering around on the grass and eating "real" food. And here in Slovenia we have a lot of villages where you can get good food of superior taste and without all the negatives that I listed above. Thats why the Ileana Lojk said what she said...

@@peacego624 I'm from the UK haha so yeah but I live in Slovenia now. I live with a Slovenian family and they buy all their meat from Tuš. I'd never heard of people buying meat from a farmer before, only eggs and milk
