It's Ben Johnson or Ruin Caleb, You have to hire an Offense HC to pair with Caleb for a decade. You can't have a revolving door of OCs, if Ben Johnson wants a say & his own GM (Lance Newmark) then do it! It's not going to happen, McCaskeys will F this up, keep Poles hire Vrabel (Jeff Fischer) and bring in a cheap, underqualifed OC. It's about developing Caleb, the only way to get this train rolling is giving the keys to Ben Johnson!!! But sadly this Organization NEVER DOES THE AGGRESSIVE, RIGHT THING!! The only scenario I see working with Poles & Vrabel/Flores is if Daboll is the OC, even that is the Bears settling for Average...

Is Ben Johnson actually designing the offense or is he just writing plays for the offense the coach has in mind. Is this the offense he naturally comes up with? I'm not saying he's not coming up with this offense I'm saying that it should be considered that maybe he's writing plays for someone else's offense

Again I'm not saying he's not great I'm saying we should consider there's other things in place now that might not be possible to take with him. Could he be the next great one, sure, hope he is. They need to fire Poles or they'll bring in Vrabel or Flores, which would ruin Caleb & put this Franchise in a hole they won't be able to recover from. First hire Lance Newmark as GM then Ben Johnson as HC, that's the only path to contention & the correct development of Caleb. Anything or Anyone else proves the Bears aren't serious about winning, more of the McCaskey joke of an organization!!

Pete Carrol would be my 2nd choice, but everyone says he too old witch is a bullshit statement all the way around !!! If you ask me eberflus did his job. He wasn't allowing many yards at all on defense and he had the number one Red zone defense too and but you threw him under the bus and you made a diversity hire the head coach and even though we were in some of the toughest games we were going to be in this year since we lost by three points or less, usually you decided you were going to fire the coach. And that's cool. Whatever it's just you better make things right by hiring. Jon gruden. Because he's not going to put up with the dei mess. And you might as well fire Ryan pulls as well. Go ahead and give Chucky the GM job as well just like belichick. The problem is you guys fired your defensive coordinator which was the best part of the team and you didn't fire your offensive coordinator who obviously had to go. But you couldn't because his skin color right and screw you. I'm done with the team. Almost you guys better get it right. I've been a lifelong fan and I'm pretty mad at you guys right now because I know what you're doing and it's not right for the team. It's not right for the fans because you're putting the team at a disadvantage hiring people that don't deserve it. Just so you look good for NBC. Or what do you guys need some of that black rock ESG money? I doubt it. If you look around the league as far as I'm concerned like the last eight or so super bowl winners, they've had extremely Caucasian teams what? You can't pick that up. Yeah there's a lot of African Americans on those teams too. But these teams are actually diverse which is something you're trying to champion and falling flat on your face. Trying to do because all you're doing is making a monolithic team with a bunch of African Americans. How is that? Diverse? They suck the team sucks didn't work no so why do you keep doing it?
