@ My argument ‘for’ Ron is that he’s a highly intelligent (NFL football smart) head coach who can be an ultimate hard ass (watch Utube on his locker room hammer of Carolina players) yet very articulate, and tempered in his communication. He’s worked with a complex circumstance at QB and got that team into the Super Bowl. He’s acutely aware of the need for a good Offensive Coordinator if he’s a HC and he literally super charged Lovie’s Defense, the one year they completely dominated on defense with an awkward offense. Actually.. outside of Johnson he’s the ‘most qualified’ to run a Mccaskey team and could be a huge help to Johnson if Johnson is the guy.

@ I would say the same. I doubt any of the top two or even three are going to be lead around by the McCaskey jerk routine. The world of US Football is not at all fooled by his intent to increase the value of his assets and then sell them off. He continues to hire people who fall into his black hole of sudo-corporate business structure full of board room non-decisions. Poles and Warren are posers who are chosen to suck energy, talent and money into the McCaskey vortex.

Given Hoge track record anything he saids about the Bears should be taken with a grain of salt. Basically he just a cheerleader. Any experienced NFL HCs will have to dismantle this team. Looking at another losing season. Maybe two losing seasons.
