Not pitty, mercy and restraint. He had already won. Bashing that guy's face in with a spinning hook kick would have been totally fucked up over kill. This is how we should all aim to be. Wats up mr stephen ..your one of the most honorable men in the ufc and i respect your character as well as your abilities....the gilbert fight..alot of punches to the back of the head but moving along... I think keeping your lead arm fixed in a 90 degree angle and use the shoulder blade to roll the arm back n forth before a jab...shortens the distance..rotate wrist like a corkscrew extend and turn hips and to get power behind it..when you roll the shoulder blade forward keeping that arm stiff it looks like the jab making it an effortless feint just be adding a slight pendulum bounce The burns fight you bounced but there was no pendulum..slightly bouncing forward outside and backwards inside..manipulates distance and slightly changing angle As i stand up fighter i dont think you need to get better on the ground i think you need to implement leg locks and sweeps purely as tools to stand back up You need some elbow combinations from the inside..theres some wing chun exercises that would make you great at this get a muy thui trainer just for that 🙏🏾bless
