O'Connels footwork has improved in the pocket but still has room for more improvement. He is doing a better job of his explosion step and keeping his head level while dropping back. However, he loads down too much on his pivot foot at the end of his drop causing him to have a half second slower release he needs to keep his weight more forward over his left foot while dropping back so he can step into his throes faster improving his release time and ability to move in the pocket.

LIttle rough on wilson . Butler only took two steps appears to have anticipated versus running the drill if you compare Crosby to Wlkins each had more steps as well.

Bro, will you stop saying Wilson will move to DT? That is DOA. In the same breath you mentioned how he looks thinner than Butler- yes, exactly. Wilson is an EDGE player. Also, at 6.6 he isn't going to come of the line as low as you would like. The main thing is he moved with the snap. Also, you said Munford is a "Bad football player." Are you switching up or sticking with that?

If tyree wilson can learn to explode out of a 4 point stance like crosby versus the 2 point stance he will be very explosive. However when I played pop warner as a nose I'd sometimes line up in a 2 point stance like a blitzing line back not sure that transfers to the league my point is a 4 point stance is more explosive on the out side especially on run plays

That tyree clip to me doesn't seem like he is slower. Looking at it Tyree is going full speed playing thru where butler is not. Tyree is a full yard further up the field and does finish the rep all out. From the Maxx podcast, The Rush they've talk about How Tyree has bought into the way Maxx plays and is just not there yet but is getting better working all the time. I hope it is all true for everybody on defense. even if some only get to 80% of Maxx that is still going to be more than most other teams.. Listening to his podcast it's just better vibe, feels real. Everybody is a team now not just players. Even AOC looks bigger and is throwing darts. You watch the ball come out, he's spinning it and it's a flat line. Gar-min has that arc to it still. If things continue to improve they should have double digit wins this year.
