I usually smoke from 3 or 4 until 10. I smoke often in a small window and I still get pretty of off mids.

From what I have read CBD opens up the receptors and then if you smoke weed with CBD you get more High I don't know if that's true I think it is. I think after I grew weed and I was smoking 2 oz a month instead of a half ounce I needed a tolerance break maybe it's not a tolerance break maybe it's just a break I don't know. My boys they were in their twenties would bring weed they would smoke and keep smoking way more than I can cuz when I'm through one blunt and they got four I didn't start smoking again till maybe the 4th blunt I don't know how they do it? I have taken days of Tolerance breaks. And I get way more high after the tolerance break. I used to sell weed in the '90s I wanted to take a break cuz I always had weed and I was always high. If you're always high how do you know if you're high or not? You got to take a break once in awhile while I was trying to take a break but believe it or not my friend in the apartment above me lowers down a joint on a fishing line and we smoked it of course LOL those were the days. I don't know that legal weed has made me happier it's just a big joke in New York. I don't think I've ever called it a weed sesh LOL I think we used to call it a party but I'm 60 years old. I honestly care about this sacred plant. Too bad the giant corporations they don't and they're the only ones that will be legally selling it cuz they're the only ones with $250,000 to see if they can get a license and lose $15,000 if they don't. I've been arrested for weed had tickets I can never open a weed shop it's a big fat joke to hold New York weed thing. Where I live in Batavia New York I can't believe the city said it's okay to open a weed shop once it's legal but they already opened one LOL. Well if I paid tax and I did but I did not get a receipt and that money goes to this County then they're accepting illegal money aren't they? So what are they going to do close it down probably eventually like where I live it's a cop town. I don't even think the cops know the law. I was reading the law in the beginning and they said if you're growing it you can have up to 5 lb. Then I read it again yesterday and it says even if you're growing it you can only have 3 oz but that's not for the medical people I think the medical people can. And if you get a medical license they take away your rights to ever own a gun and they're not going to tell you that and that's when Nationwide it's a federal thing to take your guns. Well I believe in guns. I'm from the country. I think everybody should take a tolerance break once in awhile cuz how enjoyable is it when you're high all the time you don't know if you're high or not how high are you how high can you get? And the worst people to get high with steal your lighter and never bring weed. they might even steal your weed.

Honestly if you have a job and work 25+ hours a week with longer shifts like 7 or 8 hours then just don't smoke during work. Then when you're home or with the boys then get your normal amount high. Legit does a pretty good job of keeping your tolerance

Fr... I worked in the weed industry in CO and most places have zero tolerance for consuming during/being medicated at work. We legit had work snitches. Yet... half our customers were stocking up on carts for their shitty 9-5's. I found it rather pathetic, and I really don't like being stoned and having to hide it. Also, unpopular opinion but most employers would not be cool with people being high at work.

First day after starting to go back to "modulation," I got BLASTED that night. All I did was just lay off the morning and afternoon seshes until I've finished my work for the day. Didn't even consume more than usual. Maybe even less.🤯 Lets say after 6-8pm. And I get consistently soooo high every night as much as I want to, with just taking breaks the day after until that 6-8pm timeframe. Easy, and I know for a lot of people it will work if you just give it a shot!

I went from smoking 24/7 to only at night after work. If you like the difference after just a day or 2 you should def consider doing it longer. I got that instant result of getting higher my first time too but then I kept doing it and it continued to lower my tolerance. I’ve been doing it for like 2 months now and I went from smoking like 2-3oz a week to only smoking like a half oz or less each week, and I get way higher than I did when I was smoking 24/7

I’ll hit my pen sometimes at work but I cut my self off two hours before my shift ends and when I get home I make sure I did everything I needed to do (shower, eat, hydrate, chores, etc) before I smoke flower or eat some edibles. It’s how I’ve been fixing my tolerance.

~7:30am: Two hits before work, CBD heavy strain for anxiety ~10:30am: Two hits of a sativa dom strain on lunch break ~4:30pm: 4 hits of choice ~8pm: Dab sesh and smoke freely until bed I get high every single time and sometimes, too high off my normal amount. It's ALL in moderation. Space, space, space. I also may just have a super high metabolism. Smoking every time you want to smoke is the tolerance killer.

I think I developed CHS from smoking daily for 6 months and recently I tried some dab hits which I think really pushed it off the end, I'm thinking of quitting slowly but it really helps. I smoke 4-5 times a day but it's a small travel pipe, barely .10 per hit and occasionally I throw in a joint

Your videos helped me a while ago get into the mindset of longterm fixing. Im a medical patient (burn pit exposure long story short) Info for other patients if your having tolerance issues 1. Don't buy top shelf. If your buying the most concentrated your tolerance will go up. If it's already too high buy something low thc like 17-18% and smoke that for a while. I stopped vaping and as much and am sticking to flower to keep down 2. Monitor when you are seshing. For me I need all day medicication but I need to maintain my tolerance. I take small bowls at 9, 12,3,and 6. As long as I stick to that my tolerance is good.

Tolerance is simple, the more you smoke the less you get high. want to get higher? smoke less. But modulation to an extent helps, but after a point you'll end up smoking more anyway. I've never had to take a tolerance break and I'm a med patient taking RSO, dabs and flower, I keep it to 3 times a day and haven't had to take a break for the past 7 years.

Yeah, the fix for sure works. I used to blaze joint after joint, hour after hour, so eventually my tolerance became like a brick wall that the high couldn't get through. "The Harrelson Method" doesn't seem like it would work at all, not in the long term anyways. The tolerance fix makes it consistent, and has worked very well for the long term

As a medical user that kind of needs to smoke most days and several times a day, modulation works best for me. Some days I smoke just enough to get the medical benefits and smoke a little less, and then at night or weekend or days off I smoke more and I get pretty baked. I used to be an all day every day person, but since I’ve been fluctuating or “modulating” how much I smoke it’s definitely helped my tolerance for sure.

I vape 1-2 dynavap bowls every night and get totally blasted and i have been using for over 20 years, the trick is to just get high once per day, i vape 2 hours before sleep, if you vape again when the effects start to wear off, after 1 hour or whatever. You always need double the amount you had in the first place to get the same results and that messes up your tolerance big time.When it comes to weed less is more!

Exactly. Weed was so boring for 2-3 years when I was buying dab carts and hitting them every hour. I was sick of weed but when I came back to it I decided to just stick with vaping flower after work/ at night and now I get super fun highs again.

Tolerance is not built by over consumption. As a nurse I have to explain this to patients almost daily. Over consumption definitely speeds the process but consistent repetitive usage it what builds/destroys most peoples Tolerance. And yes I agree more so with your method than this modulation crap.

I'm in the same boat except I'm just a genetic lightweight lol. I can smoke every night for a few hours and feel great every time, every once in a while I wake and bake with no negative consequences so far

Hey, just want to know if you have covered CHS and how exactly it works? I've been smoking for a few years now for stomach pains however, it got worse over time and I've been to the hospital multiple times for these pains. One time I was even thrown into shock, but the doctor didn't even consider my drug use, which didn't help my usage. (Basically told me that no way in hell weed was doing it to me). Ive recently stopped and no longer have the morning nausea and heat flashes, just thought educating people on a topic doctors don't really feel the need to cover would be amazing.

Same here . I only smoke a few pea sized bongs in the evening and then nothing all day ( unless I feel unwell then I have a lil bong in the morning) . For me the best way is to mix up the strains

I agree with Cewpins here. The high I get after a sober work day at 9pm is unmatched compared to smoking all day. Been a stoner for at least 3 years. I smoked a bowl one night and was almost nodding off I was so high, pretty much greened, but that happened once. Usually i smoke a snap (bong), and hang with the ceiling fan

Try wake and baking. Then waiting all day and smoking at night, I promise you'll get just as high both time. You really only need like 8 hours if that to reset alittle

You should make a vid about what to tell ppl like family and close friends how your not addicted to weed. Some ppl just have a negative view and even if you only smoke at night, if it’s everyday, they think your addicted. How do you explain that it’s not an addition to ppl that believe it’s a serious drug?

An addiction is something that interferes with your ability to function. If weed is getting in the way of your job, your relationships, your goals, school, etc, and you still can't stop using it, it's an addiction. If you're a functional adult then even if it were heroin as long as it wasnt getting in the way of your responsibilities and you could stop if it was, it's not an addiction.

I’d just express to them your intentions behind smoking. Is it to feel good? Or is it to help something you have an issue with? If so, then you tell them you use it like a medicine that helps your appetite, helps you feel more _____, helps your sleep, helps you wind down, it’s the same as any prescribed medicine

I feel you on this bro. I felt this way for a year. Here’s my best advice. At the end of the day, make a note on what you want to do tomorrow morning. Put it in order if you want. Your goal is to have something productive to do every single day, even if it’s small. You should try and do something productive before you smoke as a reward. And seriously, I know it sucks, but please try this: limit the most of your smoking to the end of the day once you’ve already done everything. Use it as your tool to settle down instead of get by. When you’re high too often you don’t think normally enough. You breeze through every day with a foggy head and never have time to fully come down from the high. Your brain needs that time to function normally If you smoke during the day, smoke just enough to get a little smiley but still functional, not baked. I don’t want you to end up depressed and feeling like you wasted precious time. Let me know how it goes, you’ve got this bro

I think it varies from person to person. But a lot of it is just down to how much of your day is smoking time. Personally, I'm night-only and take a little CBD in the morning, which seems to help clarity and while not entirely proven, drops my tolerance notably within days of starting a cycle of taking it. By the time I start smoking, it's out of my system, but it leaves your system in a bit of a different state of operating - almost like it is primed-up. I alternate the CBD in and out. I may do a few weeks at a time. I find it does reverse some of the dulling out that weed causes. Even if you only smoked the night before, and not that morning, the difference in overall arousal can be pretty noticeable. The CBD leaves me feeling more awake - it makes you realize how much you took for granted in your alertness when it kicks in. Granted, the only way you feel it kick in, is if lingering THC is still active. I like to think that the halting of the reaction to the remaining THC helps reduce tolerance all on its own. A good CBD product is good to have on hand! Diet and sleep matter at least as much. As does hydration. The more kept your body is, the more good reactions it has (and stronger.) That lets you consume less weed, have a better experience, and hopefully avoid more of the detriments. Personally, caffeine RUINS my tolerance and creates this vicious cycle where the amount of weed I'm consuming is dulling me out and then I'm using caffeine to offset... and then because of that the weed doesn't work as well when I want it to, so I need more... and then, I gotta get more caff, until I'm a strung-out zombie who can't fully get high, think, or rest. I had to cut that out to get it all together. Consider that there might be other habits or consumption patterns in your own life, that might be compounding in weed having a more dulling effect on you. It's not limited to just other drugs. Anything you can do to lower your tolerance and hold it at a decent point is worth trying though. That's the main culprit - increases in tolerance are where it all starts. The more weed you need to get desirable effects, the more prominent the negative side effects become. With a low tolerance, you can get get VERY high pretty much daily, and not have the baseline impairment that comes from being overloaded with noids and just not feeling it. The problems come when the amounts of THC in your system start down-regulating the parts THC interacts with. The effects start to change as it becomes more anemic, and you need more to get the same effect. A change in tolerance is basically your signal that your CNS is shifting more into that "brain-fudge" territory. This is why pacing and having sober time each day matters. A good night's sleep helps a lot, but most people still need at least a few more hours for their receptors to basically recharge, as endogenous cannabinoids restore that natural baseline of the whole system. FWIW, CBD encourages new receptor growth and boosts production of endocannabinoids, both of which become depleted with steady THC presence. That's why I like to do cycles with it. It really does seem to help bring it all back around to a quasi "virgin state." Combined with a fairly steady use regimen, it helps to keep weed having a lot more positive effects during the times I do use it, while still keeping that clarity around. Nobody is built to have this stuff in their system all of the time. Everyone's bodies have different balances that they have to play to. I think most people can use it daily without much issue, but it's a matter of dose and basically, schedule. Without sufficient recovery, everyone burns out eventually. Oh, and just for the record... being where you were before is what spurred me up to where I am now. I just phased-out daytime use because I didn't want to be so slow anymore, and went from there making changes. "Bad day? Don't even trip, playa. Deal with it for now, you're gonna get mad toasted later, when it's all over."

Asking to gauge everyone’s opinions: If you go too overboard on weed, can you get withdrawal symptoms while still actively smoking because you went to overboard? I feel like after trying to smoke too often for a long period of time, I was beginning to feel like I was going through a period of withdrawal and had to start weening to reset. Was it all in my head?

the effects of overloading your endocannabinoid system can be similar or in some cases the same as withdrawal. A lot of the times withdrawal effects are you just finally feeling the consequences of doing too much, so if you're constantly overloading yourself and draining yourself of neurotransmitters, sleep, etc. you're going to feel that hangover. Really nasty shit imo

Getting high that late in the day will affect your quality of sleep in the long term. THC suppresses REM sleep so it's best to consume early enough in the day to allow yourself to be coming down in the evening. Tolerance is a personal thing, it definitely comes down to frequency, amount, and type. Everything in moderation friends.

Literally all i do to fix my tolerance is I just stop smoking all day every day. I switch to maybe twice a day, once when I wake up and one at a night or maybe none during the day and hitting a double barrel to knock me out

I like throwing in some hemp/cbd every now and then, not just using cbd, and not using it every time. But it kind of keeps my system in check if I just use some in the morning and maybe a little bit in the middle of the day. Tho I don't wait at all. Tho there's a difference between around the clock medical use and recreational, it's possible to have both.

I’ve been on a tolerance break many times and I find what works for me is just going a few days without smoking and then decreasing the amount of days as time goes on until I feel it’s time to kill the tolerance again. That way I still get to get high often while depleting tolerance rather than go 2 or 3 weeks with no smoke

Fucking THANK YOU for the point about edibles. I was exclusively an edibles user for a long time before getting into waxpens and e-rigs. I was scared bc of my asthma, and still am but to a much lesser extent. Mfers on reddit like "if you only do it once a day you won't build a lot of tolerance!" but it's edibles, no, you still fucking will.

i have such a bad tolerance that i dont even know what to do about it. I moderate, never wake n bake, stick to bud mostly, limit my carts, and i feel like a joke. For some reason i cant get high anymore

@@brightinsomnia7897 I smoke when its night or after work so around midnight usually. I used to smoke more, like 6-8 hours, but now i try to stick to 4 or less. Ive tried moderating and all that jazz like no wake n bakes to no avail.

@@merkingsavage6045 try one day on one day off. If you wanna try and test this further you could also play around with how much time you allow yourself to smoke on your on day combining a whole day between smoke sessions might help

I don't get high as i use to anymore. I've been smokint a lot more since hurricane Ian, pretty much every day, but I legit already do what you do cewpins, I only smoke one cone at night. Or I'll take a couple puffs from the vape

Went to my girlfriends and spent the weekend there, first night I hit my joint 5 times and had to put it out, when you’re in a new place and smoking you feel it, ended up not liking the high too much because I typically medicate and not get high (like that at least) then I didn’t smoke till last night in my break at work, smoked the rest of the same j, wasn’t as high. There where definitely other factors then just being in a new place but I’m not mr science man.( thought I would say I smoked the morning I went to my girlfriends (Friday) and then again that night and got blasted, then I had over 24 hours of no smoke and didn’t get too high at work) point being switch up your scenery maybe it’ll help a little

Nah consistency actually matters A LOT with drug use. Something as simple as a coffee every morning can cause your body to accommodate for that by making you more tired in the morning. Even hard drug addicts can get a sort of contact high just from being in the setting they usually do drugs at. Smoking more than before does affect tolerance but so does consistency too

just face a joint (or whatever) every day. itll get you fried every time but if you smoke 5 joints a day it becomes more like cigarettes the way it wears off so quick

When I wait until 9 every night I get much higher, a few weeks ago I couldn’t help it so I tried to get high at 7:30 and I didn’t get nearly as high, even though I “tricked” my brain.

And yesterday I waited until 11:30 and still didn’t get as high. I don’t think this strategy works. Waiting until 9 helps, having a routine helps me mentally.

Actually if you consume a drug at the same time everyday you're brain will begin to expect this chemical intake at that period. Your fix technique is in my opinion a better use of the drug. More liie enjoy a glass of wine or a beer at the end of your day ass oppose to just being high whenever.

I just can't stand not being high for more than say 3 weeks. Google says 21 days is long enough for a complete reset but I would say 4-5 days is more practical. I can't stand the stress & angst (not anxiety) of living in this world. Jim Carrey said it pefectly, I can't find his quote but he said that after working his butt off acting, he always inevitably goes back to occasionally using cannabis. Good for him. I can't stand ppl who never get stoned *cough* Asmongold* *cough*. These people are stuck in their nutshells high off their own farts. I call 'em "dope squares".

If you smoke earlier in the day, you need a nap, and you'll get higher later. I don't know why, but it works. Don't over do/use it, I guess.

If I don't fully wake up before I smoke, a true wake and bake.... That is as high as I will get. I can smoke a fucking bale and not get any higher. I never wake up to even enjoy it.

The charity is very real it is a tax paying charity unlike all the others you find,his factory is in alcoy there’s many videos of the factory,josh has recently invited people for a tour around the factory,josh never stated he invented the cone he said he was one of the first to start selling pre rolled cones,the birth place of rolling papers is Spain,josh has some of the original equipment from the factory,drew spoke about it on stream and he’s one of the people that has been invited for a tour of the factory

The tolerance is building to THC, the strain won't make a difference. That's a myth, there's minor cannabinoids that help but it's not magic lmao.

But is a strain that lurks in the shadows,that will get you stoned off of one phat bong rip,no matter if you smoke or ate hash the pervious day. It sounds of fckn clownshoes,but its true. We kept her around as long as we could before she had to be crossed ,to keep her alive. She was my baby, one of the strongest strains in this town. Sour Grapes,aka Grape Stomper. The Indica hybred dom. Its been a decade and still havent seen anything that powerful in along time. Other than Master OG or God's Gift are the only others that have a deep narco effect. Never had anything from the Hash Plant Strains thou.

This video came out weeks ago and when it did I started using the woody Harrison technique, for me I can now get mid high from a .4 J and blasted from a 1.5, before this It was mid highs across the board. Your approach isn’t very scientific, you just go off your own opinion. That’s fine but people don’t want to smoke once a night, it’s boring
