It's not upto the government to disobey the will of the house because of some hypothetical. That is up to the police and courts to figure out later when it is in their hands. So far after 9 years of issues they have done nothing without opposition like Micheal Chong bringing light too it.

Documents recently came up that were required to have been disclosed to the ethics commissioner which Randy CHOSE not to disclose meant the ethics commissioner did not have all the facts. Vassy would have known this and it’s a misleading statement at best that she made.
