Dylan isn't a 5 star RB from High School. He doesn't have the foot work to run between the tackles or in the trenches. In the open field when he s one on one he is not beating the linebacker. Let me be clear. When they give him a short pass, and screens, he IS NOT BEATING THE LINEBACKER. I can see that if it was a corner, but these are linebacker. He s not beating the.. Dylan is a 4.3 40yd dash guy. He has open field speed. But for someone his size I question his BALANCE, AND FEET WORK, which is critical to have at that position. Every player wants to get to the league, however, its always team first over individual accolades. Hes going to be a major factor in KSUs success as the season progresses. Colorado has a huge weakness defensively when it comes to covering rbs, I guarantee that D Edwards will have a big impact in the Cu game. I saw the first half of the game, OSU did not look good. Busted coverage that allowed or I think the guy slipped that allowed Bryce to score. DJ looked good, and AJ looked good besides that bad throw he did in the first quarter. Edward did have a nice catch and scant for 9 yards after running for three the previous play. With that said, different game, Will Sheppard caught a TD! OMG, finally did something I'm sure was manufactured to take the heat off that drop. Also, Micah Welsch needs to be starter at RB, he has looked the best out of all the RBs. Glad Kareem Harden got the start at RG, I was pulling for him as Benson proved ineffective at RG and RT. I still think Mayer is getting the short end of the stick, but sacks allowed so far against UCF.

K state or any other school will bring a guy in like him, with no guarantees to create competition in the room and the best guy hopefully wins. You either step up or step out at that point. Nothing is given to you at this level and his replacement is already on the way in the next recruiting cycle or two.
