it feels safer in familiar territory than unfamiliar territory trying to come out of a 25-year addiction, but finding yourself constantly going back and forward like an energy always trying to pull you back into that safer space even though it is a destructive space but somehow feeling safer in there. life is really hard, and it scares the hell out of some of us, the fear of messing up in the real world can always draw you back to that safer destructive space.

Thank you for sharing this, Mio. I've been thru exactly what you are going thru. Having to lose my very much loved pets. Living with mental illness. We really have had to suffer a lot. Empaths do, you know. They had me on 7 psych drugs. I went off of all of them about 13 years ago. A good eating plan rich in nutrients helped immensely You are offering life saving information here. I really miss your baby girl. I'm so sorry you were robbed of many years with her...Mina was a star...........very special. It's been a year and a half since I lost my little Chico...he was in so much pain with Lupus. I promised hi he'd never have to suffer. Love and hugs, Karen

I don't believe in generational cursing. I do believe we can imitate our family, either subconsciously or consciously for generations until such time that the awareness to change and grow is so great that it overcomes this tendency. --and I think the reason why people seem to take pleasure when we are down in the dumps is because they are right there and don't want to be alone! You’re doing great!!❤ It makes a lot of sense to me that you’re doing it all at once. It amounts to less suffering overall. I quit smoking years ago & glad I did. I think you already have an awesome voice, btw! If you want distortion, they make pedals for that.😉 Less costly than cigarettes in the long run.

@@MIOLAZARUS You’re welcome! 😆 I quit cigarettes over a decade ago, around 33-34. A big part of that decision was the circulation issues. They were making my Raynaud’s much worse. Since then I tried one or twice when drinking socially, but they tasted awful.
