The Supreme Court ruled that anything the president does as an “official act“ he believes to benefit the American people is legitimate, and cannot be questioned or prosecuted. Therefore, Biden could order her dismissal, or instruct Merrick Garland to obey him and have her removed legitimately for her collusion with the orange. I believe Joe Biden should have gone on national television to state that he does not agree with the Supreme Court ruling regarding virtually total immunity for a president. That being said, he is going to use his new powers to correct the course of the United States, and his first act could be to appoint for brand, new young, healthy, progressive justices on the Supreme Court with the justification that there are 13 federal district and four more are needed… he could instruct the DOJ to round up all the criminals, and Congress, the criminals in state house is controlled by Republicans across the country, the criminal planners, facilitators, including those that funded the attempted overthrow of the US with fake elector slates, as well as all who made January 6 possible. He could issue presidential orders to close courts for a few months and process all of these criminals expeditiously so they can all be put in prison for maximum terms, without possibility of parole and without any appeal process, as the proof is abundantly clear. As president, he does not need to even bring in a jury, or have court cases, but he would be better off following procedure, but making sure everything is rushed. All judges appointed by Donald Trump, including those on the Supreme Court will have to be reevaluated, put under oath, and question again. Since many on the Supreme Court and elsewhere have been caught, committing perjury, they should lose their titles, any legal licenses, pay maximum fines, and serve maximum time in prison for their pollution, to overthrow the US. Absolutely maximum sentences for everybody involved, and if they participated in legal matters counting their decision as a vote, all of those decisions must be rescinded and revisited to be put up for a vote. Once honest politicians are put in place. When citizens United has been reversed, and permanently stopped, Roe v. Wade has been restored, the right choice has been made permanent in the constitution and many other progressive values, then, Joe Biden can instruct the court to reverse the unlimited presidential official actions, excluding what he did because it was for the benefit of the people. I am a bit weary, but I believe he should make voting a federal activity that is mandatory like they have in Australia, and that all voting machines are federally, owned or state owned absolutely none privately owned… FYI, I Wanka Trump invested in voting machines… Doesn’t that bother you? Investigations cut should include how she got 19 patents from China within two months and her husband received $2 billion a few months after he left the White House. All investigations can be expedited by having multiple shifts working day and night with priority access to all information necessary to justify prosecution and incarceration. This is supposed to be a nation of laws and law must be obeyed by all, not just those who don’t have the money or lawyers to fight it and delay it. If any of these actions disturb people, joke, and tell them that he was writing America to stay on the narrow road of justice, and that if they dislike how much he could do, think of what could be done by somebody who had criminal intent, instead of merely getting the US back on track. Case closed.

I have just about zero faith in our judicial system at this point. To say that I'm disappointed in Jack Smith is a vast understatement. He should have asked for Qannon's removal. Federal judges can not be fired, the only way to remove her is by impeachment by majority vote in the House (currently controlled by Trump supporters) followed by a 2/3 vote to remove by the Senate, which with the current makeup would require like 15 or so Republicans to vote for removal.
