That’s just sad to hear. I have great memories from sitting on the hill too. I met Tiki Barber there when I was a kid. Your property looks great! You and your family have done an awesome job on it. Beautiful!

Got your 6 Kevin. Nothings surprising anymore. Anything to destroy relationships, weird as heck. Been out working, we had a storm here this past Friday, been picking up crap. Hot burn needs done.

"Border wall", greedy liberal insanity, could care less about the people. But we as caring humans, we try to be sane in an insane world. lol Brilliant idea and shows true sportsmanship, bringing the game to your beautiful paradise. Kudos, Kevin! ;o)

They have tightened security for students in many colleges. Unfortunately for fans it may suck however the safety of the students is more important. The temperatures of our lives are changing and so is the atmosphere of college campuses. Expect more changes. I remember that little willow twig.

It's a Classic tactic of the Fun Police. I'm surprised they didn't bring out the insurance ploy, which is a favorite to prevent people from having fun. But isn't it funny how it's these sorts of free form gatherings are often at the heart of a community, that GIVES a community its heart, yet are often the first to be destroyed? I can think of all kinds of opportunities like this which used to be commonplace in England and were central to making a place memorable, warm & friendly - yet to outsiders, perhaps, were a mystery. - Free parking, Free Parks, Free Museums, Free Parking, the village green which belonged to all, the Common where people could gather, play, picnic, watch the stars and enjoy the outdoors, all for FREE - with free parking... Towns and villages welcoming people in with free parking and attractive places to sit and while away a little time - meet friends - have FUN! Oh no!!!! With any luck the wall may go, but I wonder if they'll allow it to be a free for all again - such a shame as it is these intangible, ethereal opportunities, which actually used to be common place across the land, but which are almost rarer than hen's teeth and are what makes a community a community, gives it that unique, happy, relaxed atmosphere. It seems to me, every opportunity to whittle away simple, joyous Freedoms is relished by these mean-spirited officials, self-appointed misery-guts who really can't stand the Masses having unfettered fun.

Exactly! I donate to those I know and see that need it If you tell someone about the good dead you’ve done then that is your reward. You will loose your reward from the Lord

That's just sad. Period! Opening up your property for game nights is a wonderful idea! It isn't the same but it works. Is everyone invited or is this only for family and friends? Just wondering since you put the info out there not only for UVA to see but the general public as well. If so, you probably can't charge people for watching the game but you could charge for parking or the use of your field. Lol
