This is one of the most beautiful tiny houses you've featured! Just the right amount of timber was used so as not to make the house too dark. And apparently a biogas toilet is cool because even if the water hose is used to flush down the toilet, it can serve as a bidet some who prefer having a bidet and toilet paper available. I also love his kitchen. I do hope you can come back when the owner is done with the loft and let your viewers see how much height he has added to it because as I understand he would be able to stand in the loft once it's done.

I’m a tiny house wanna be who looks forward to Fridays to see your next video. I won’t be able to have one because my husband is very sentimental and wants to stay in our 6,000 sq ft house where we raised our five children. It has come in handy to let them come back to live at home while getting master’s degrees or just to save money for a year after college, etc. But our youngest finishes college next year, and her older sister will be moving out in a year, as well. Then the house is just a big place full of memories, I guess. I like the idea of having an all new build- a tiny home custom fitted out for just the two of us! Sooo much less to keep up with! With this house, the kids will have a LOT to get rid of when our time comes! There’s an awful lot of furniture and STUFF in this big house! 😂

To Perlin when he inevitably reads this, your setup is almost exactly what I'd do, I could step into that entire system and be right at home. I'd only do 2 things differently. 1. Light ceiling timber and dark floor. 2. Get out of bed and secure things that are vulnerable during the early stages of a storm. If I knew and remembered that roof was not bolted down, I'd have been out with straps securing it any way I could. Even if it meant a bit of superficial damage. Aside from that oversight and slight taste difference a near perfect match :-)

Thanks for the comments. I did a light roof in the office and it does look good, I was hoping my roof would be more red, but it turned very dark. Not securing the roof was totally on me, a mistake which I won't repeat. 👍

It’s all delightful; the wood is wonderful. And, yet again, the builds are on land owned by a family friend.

I looked at a bunch of land options in the area, but this had the most space and best views, and close to the beach. 👍

I always think with these tiny homes that it isn't just about the house but the location, I mean who wouldn't want to live somewhere like that.

It has amazing sunsets and great for star gazing as well.

Incredible setting, his own little town. Tastefully and artistically done. I’d love to see the loft area with the raised roof.

I can't wait to build my own tiny home and win the lottery on a perfect plot of land to live on!

You can build your tiny house first and buy the land later. That's my plan.

With such a tiny kitchen sink a dishwasher is absolutely necessary. (Bathroom wash basin looks bigger LOL.) I noticed once again, that this tiny house wouldn’t be half as useable without all the “outbuildings”. There seem to be very few tinies without any additional buildings, a shed, a pod, at all … But the young man must be given credit for so much and well done DIY.

Yeah, its definitely crowded in the tiny house if you don't have another building to put stuff.
