@ personally, I don’t see it at all. I think she’s too short and I don’t really like the idea of bandwagonning a popular actor/actress just because they are popular. It’s the same reason I don’t want to see the next Wolverine with the comic accurate height. I just think it will translate well on screen. I don’t think age matters much. I also think of storm as a figure of strength and power and beauty and based on Cynthia’s comments she wants to play very emotional and traumatized. I just don’t see it as a good fit in anyways shape or form. But hey, that’s just my too cents. I also still don’t like Pedro pascal as Reed Richards but here we are. Haha I’ll stlll see it regardless

This role in theory probably carries the next dozen yrs. Do we really want a 50+ Storm? If so, I think Halle Berry is a better option just keep her! I also agree, I'm not sold on Pedro. I really liked Penn Bagley. He felt like a great option.

In her defense, that was pretty racist. There’s a difference between a poster for the stage musical and then the actual movie. The stage poster is blank because anyone can play them. But in the movie, Cynthia IS Elphaba and it IS erasure.

RDG, tom holland, chris evans, chadwick bosman, charlie cox, and more. all fantastic casting. besides, no casting agents are involved so far, it's just rumors. they've just had meetings. that means nothing. they've been meeting with keanu for more than a decade. they don't just cast because the person has a name.

Marvel is not eyeing Erivo for Storm. They met with her for Mystique and it's a cameo in a post credit scene not the planned X-Men film. The plans for Storm have her in her mid to late 20s. Sorry scoopers.
