We can have a way better defense but still need a coach to coach them up
@HunterLefler-j6w19 күн бұрын
What about our defense the year before? I believe Guidry gets one more chance. But if he has guys he can be a broyles guy. He has already been in that conversation before. He had duds out there yes I was a critic of him to with the constant man coverage with guys who couldn’t guard someone in a phone booth. Now this could be a mid year firing but I just don’t see it. You been hanging around the truth teller to much.

Can't be all guindry if oj a true freshman was able to blossom in his system and our defense was pretty good the year before, so some blame has to go on the players
@marso138419 күн бұрын
@@rogiroma7 If the secondary is still having problems communicating and being out of position in the 12th game it's coaching. It's either Guidry or Jackson's fault.

@calvinbrown you must be from canesinsight, because all those clowns ever talk about is firing a head coach after an 11 win season. EVERYONE knows that winning is all that matters and those clowns criticize every win the canes have had. Do us a favor and go back.

Look man. Within 30 mile radius of the University there are some of the best skilled position players in America. St Thomas Aquinas puts more guys in the NFL than anybody. . You said there , "development". I hope our D Coordinator proves me wrong but so far he hasn't shown anything . I saw poor tackling bad angles and lack of speed. We need some burners .

We just need coordinators that can utilize the athletes on the team, adapt in game and positon coaches that get the most out of their players and develop them. They don't have to be the best at recruiting. We just need a handful of coaches to be elite at that and the product we put on the field will take care of the rest.

Karnley can be that perfect starter for 2026 once Damari leaves. Assuming he develops. If they do get Lucas, he'd probably start now. Lucas, Damari, Mack, OJ, Brantley, and Karnley would be a nice CB group.

They have been working on this DB room since Mario arrived. I am a parent of a 2025 recruit and a 2027 recruit and I can tell you guys the reason they miss on so many kids not just Miami but across the board is they target these kids on 7v7 and in there camps with shorts on and when you strap that shit on its a totally different game . Then they follow each other if your kid gets a D1 offer other D1 schools will follow and would have never watched a once of film if your kid gets a D2 offer other D2 schools will follow. That's why when you look @ these kids offer list there is no mixture of D1 D2 D3 its all one way bottomline is there is no real evaluation going on he's fast he has size sign him up fuck can he actually play can he come up and tackle. This is why you see so many of these so called big time recruits standing on the sidelines especially @ the DB position
