Previous Bears coaches have all knuckled under to management. Don't be that guy. The fans will absolutely love a guy that has a Ditka like attitude. You are not going to believe how much the fans and the city are going to embrace you. Also, the players are desperately in need of a coach that they can get behind. I know that you're going to be a player's type of coach, and they will love you for that. I wish you the best of luck in your coming journey. As a native Chicagoan and life long Bears fan, I hope Ben Johnson works out, but I have serious concerns. 1) He’s never been a head coach of ANYTHING before, much less an NFL team. 2) Being HC MUCH more difficult than OC. He needs to be an Alpha leader of men and I don’t see that in him. In fact, I see some “deer in the headlights” fear in his eyes when plays don’t work out. How scared will he be when the spotlight is 100% on him? 3) QB coach will have more to do with Caleb’s development than Ben. Hope they get a good one. Again, hope it works out, but I’m not holding my breath
