I once saw an instruction video on determining if alligators were in your standing water in Florida. You go over to the water and see if the water is wet. If the water is wet, there are gators in it.

Everybody near water need a boat.Attached to a strong chain and a cement post 5ft at least under the ground.So it doesnot breakaway from your property.Garages shiuld be on your roofs.Like airport garagesWith concrete 5ft surrounding it and a cement roof.If you own a house in a flood zone.Build an elevator to raise it from the ground.Worth a 2nd mortgage on your house,As it is on cement stilts
