When did civil matters become detainable matter, the man should not have been detained in the first place regardless of how bad he is it is still a civil matter. is private citizens in that country going to start fearing all the popular MEN OF GOD then it will no longer be Christianity practice. NOW to be very clear, I am not saying that what this man did is good and actually it is very bad what he did in slandering another person’s NAME but to detain him for months in a civil case is just uncalled for and injustice and it will draw to the public and on those MEN OF GOD. He should NOT be deprived of his freedom to defend his case. Only in that country can you see a pastor lock a private citizen up in a civil matter.
