No. Please read the notification. It says if you pass NET in category 3 then you will be only eligible for Ph.D. Admission and not for JRF or Asst. Professor.

Please clarify ma'am... @arpitakarwa Suppose i clear jrf, but due to certain financial constraints I'm unable to leave my job this year and thinking about applying to colleges next year, as then i hope not to be stuck because of such issues. Won't i be able to use my JRF letter to get admission in an institute with govt. Stipend? Infact, wouldnt i get admission in the institute irrespective of the stipend on the basis of JRF cleared previous year?
