Fix the O-line!! They need to protect the QB's more. Wilson and Fields are fine. Offense coaches need to make and call better plays and utilize the weapons they have.. like swap the russ for Justin during 3rd down conversations and redzone plays to mix it up more.

Tomlin being to cheap Tomlin has a lot to do with hire and fire he tells Omar what he wants at a low cost they have the money to pay players they need I believe they keep most of the money for there own use Tomlin making 16 million a year he can take a pay cut to have better players on the field

The biggest problem I see is the terrible play calling on offense. Arthur Smith has been about a half step above what Matt Canada was he’s way too predictable. It’s always run run pass and we’re always in along third down situations Jalen Warren needs to be utilized more and so does Pat Freiermuth.Froth could be every bit as good as Kelsey if they just use the man more. The bottom line is this you can’t win games if you can’t score points.

Tomlin started this quarter back controversy by bringing in two quarter backs when he neede just one now he don't want to pay i would pay fields and get a real quarterback coach to help him get better but they dont know how to do that i be glad when someone buys the team cause it seems like they dont want to make no money
