Be honest though, Pittsburgh under Tomlin hasn't done anything even with that great defense without Ben. He's the reason they won and they won in spite of Tomlin and their great organization. Drafting a QB this year would be the worst thing they can do. You have no foundation built on offense around him, he will be in a position to fail. The major advantage of having a young QB is his rookie deal and the first 2 years of that would get taken away because the watson contract is still a thing. Draft OL, draft WR, take a QB next year or the year after. Have a bridge QB for a year or 2

But don't forget deshaun was 1-6 and threw 5 passing tds and had 6 turnovers in 7 starts. So deshaun has a worse td to turnover ratio than winston does. Winston will definitely throw more tds than turnovers I believe.

Your belief in him is like everyone’s bad belief in Joe Flacco. Yes a big arm and touchdowns are nice but wild interceptions will never win you enough games to matter. Bottom line they need to make sure they secure their QB of the future this off-season period.

Unfortunately, BM was an average qb for Browns who consistently did not stand out against division rivals. No player or players are going to swing in from a chandelier and save the Browns. Ideally, Haslem selling the team would be best, but at the very least, this teams need to start over in the FO, which likely means a new HC too. Gut the roster, trade away as many players as possible for picks, and rebuild through the draft. The order it must be done is, new GM, new HC, stockpile picks, THEN build through the draft.
