Sir me 3 sal se family k sath reh raha ho. me freelancer ho me yaha bilkul bhi nahi kamata. inhone mere card ko bhi next year renewal k liye rok diya hay. this is my last year. these are my last few month in turkey. sir bus ap ye Turistic and Temporary k darmiyan khel rahe hain. werna ap khud sochain ek sal k liye bhi kon turisam kerta hay. io probably will apply in tech visa lets see. Allah khair karay. but mera openion hay k turkey karobar ki jagah nahi hay. yaha srifi freelance tik sakta hay. ya phir koi bada invester. middle class k liye nahi hay

Saghir bhai Assalam ul lekhum, I bought my Apt in Istanbul and got possession on Sep 2022. I did not rent out and still lock my apt. I am working in the USA. I found that I can not open my Electricity and Gas/water connections on my name because I don't have a Residence permit. I never applied because I don;t need it. What I can do to open my Electricity connection, I will stay randomly once a year -TRC takes 3 month and I don't have time to stay 3 month in Istanbul.

What about the people who have purchased the property in 2021 with shared property name within family member, on that time they gave 2yrs residence TRC. so many people now trapped with this status, they should on that time handle this type of application much more better way so people wouldn't hang on with their property with the status as Tourist.

Touristpermit is visa category which is general category residence permit. It is wrong to assume that a person if not having a bank account must be working illegally. Only if someone is caught working illegally in a factory by authority is a person who should be called illegally working person. For that factory owner should be punished.

Sir Mujhe Ek Information Chahiye thi, Main ne 2021 main appartment liya tha jo bas mere naam pe hai. lakin jab liya tha too us time details read ki thiin jis main mention thaa k agar property lety hain too family ka trc b ussi k behalf pe apply kar sakty hain , pehly too aise hi karrahy thy lakin last two times mere Aggent ne mujhe bola k family ka touristic purpose pe hi apply ho ga simple kun k un ka naam tapu pe nahi hai, aab mera baby last year paida howa tha too usse kaise tapu main dalta.... abhi who agent wife aur baby ka simple torist purpose wala apply kiya tha jis main meri property k documents attached thy. lakin who 6 months ka trc laga hai, aab next renewal k time application main under property hi apply kar sakta hun kiya un ka meri tarha? plz guide kar den humare pas time bohat short hai.
