Fury only hope was being able to hit hard enough to hurt Usyk, which he can’t, and AJ couldn’t either, and while doing that Fury needed to show he can take Usyk pressure and big shots, which btw Usyk hits way harder than people say, and that proved clearly not to be the case. Fury can’t use his weight to bully that was never an option and we saw during the fight why as Usyk in close is more dangerous and in the clinch he get’s bicep and waste control and just pivots out.

@@alinvid6098I disagree because Usyk has already done it and became Undisputed the rematch will not be for Undisputed between Undefeated fighter’s so by default there is way less on the line and much less pressure. Not to mention the fact that Usyk proved he can hurt and KO Fury while Fury was not able to hurt Usyk enough during the fight to ever make Usyk start going backwards for any period of time. So those facts will weigh heavier on Fury than Usyk. I wouldn’t be surprised if Usyk did come in heavier for the rematch and doubled down on the come forward sitting down and throwing all power shots style he just beat Fury with compared to the bouncy tag and move style he beat AJ with.

The AJ fights were way closer and tougher for Usyk. It looks like Fury had more success because Usyk gameplan was to walk Fury down which involved walking into and taking big shots, which is why when Tyson landed big shots Usyk just kept coming forward not giving Fury time to rest. Tyson was being forced into a pace he could not keep up and the truth is Usyk TKO’d Fury in the 9th because of that game plan. As for the middle rounds am not too sure if Usyk took his foot off the gas on purpose as he did it both times in the Joshua fight. The question is Tyson able to keep lean as he did for the fight or is he going to pack weight on for the rematch? He never got into Uysk mind in the build up to the fight which is one of his great attributes so is that now defunct. He has nothing other that he was robbed which is going to fall flat. It's pretty unlikely that Fury will go the distance with Usyk now that Usyk knows he can knock Fury out. It's Usyk who won't be leaving it in the judges' hands.
@ian87454 ай бұрын
Exactly! Judges nearly stole this one from usyk, he can't afford to let him off the hook this time

But it won't be for undisputed.

Round nine was and still a knock out for Usyk Daniel D /wilder should fight AJ then the winner will fight Usyk or Fury will have to fight AJ . Fury need to prove himself by fighting AJ .

My strong belief is that I can't encourage the rematch of the fight.i wud strongly advice the Ukrainian boxer NT to accept the rematch.coz he was to knockout that guy but there was biasness by the referee.i believe even the rematch ll be very unfair.better for him to end at that level and let others continue.thankyou.

Ibf need to stop playing not letting fury get the opportunity to be undisputed like it’s been less than a week

Tyson showing character if true. Hope his old man is nowhere near him for next fight. Still think Usyk would win but it was such an outstanding fight I really want to see it again. Who knows, maybe Fury can do it.

All these boxers fighting twice a year is bull. For context a certain Mike Tyson turned pro and fought 29 times in 24 months-unifying the heavyweight titles. 2 fights and 6 months later he was undisputed. 31 fights in 30 months to go belt collecting and become king of them all. Usyk is magnificent but what Mike did is miraculous.

Think the way this is going usyk will beat fury he's got his number now and then it lines up a trilogy with joshua and the way AJ looks now and probably after another fight he will look even better I think he gives usyk a good battle

Fury learned he can't outbox him, expect to see him come in at 280lbs this time and try to club him. If he can't do it in few rounds then he'll be finished.

My opinion: Tyson fury is taking the early rematch bcos he knew that he did more damage to Usyk than Usyk did to him which may take longer than October to completely heal.

Of course well deserved and Fury did great

If Fury truly believes he won the first fight like he truly believed he won the first Wilder fight, he has no choice but to take a rematch and try to take the decision out of the judges hands.

Trouble is he's not got the stamina to sustain attacks I watched the Wallin fight when tyson was cut & tyson hit Wallin with some big shots but couldn't stop him & usyk a far better fighter than Wallin

Where else would he have gone? He wants the big money and belts back. He won’t get them, he can try.. the money he’ll get though. The next fight should be Tyson vs AJ! AJ will knock him out. Your left with Usyk and AJ again. Who wins? Probably AJ this time.

So did Spence, yet it didn't happen.

AJ vs Fury is a better fight for me, and Fury would make more money. But if Fury wants the rematch let's see it again. Fury lost the fight was not close at all. SMH. The fight could have been called off as a TKO. 7-5 is not close. Getting hit with 50 more punches is not close.

Tyson Fury said he was confused on his status in the 11th and 12th round. Peter Fury always tells his fighters to fight every round with 100% effort, both offensively and defensively. After all, he has always said that defensive fighting is not passive but rather it is just a different way of fighting than offensive fighting. Tyson Fury needed to use both at the proper times and yet he had no one to tell him when he needed to use it. I like Sugar Hill and Big John Fury. However Tyson F. needs someone who is calm, cool, and collected and Raging John is certainly not that man. While Sugar Hill is definitely calm and cool, he only knows how to make boxers fighters. He does not know how to make a fighter or even a boxer into a better student of the sweet science of boxing. While Sugar Hill is right that Tyson has that highly advanced skill set, still no fighter can totally rely on that. When Plan A of knocking out Usyk within 7 rounds did not work, Fury could not make the adjustments because his team had no Plan B. That is why he excessively "backfooted". That may work against densely built plodders such as "Kickboxer" Whyte and "Brawler" Chisora. That will not work against a jackrabbit Usyk who is known for his quickness. Someone like Usyk will see weakness and pounce on the bigger, backfooting man. A simpleton like Sugar Hill will not understand this but an experienced trainer such as Peter Fury would understand this in advance. Look at the professionalism, proficiency, co-ordination and sophistication of Team Usyk and then look at Team Tyson Fury. For example, during that fight, when Sugar Hill tried to instruct Tyson, Big John's shouting prevented Tyson from hearing and understanding Hill properly. Team Usyk is a well-oiled machine so is it any wonder that its product is that as well? It must be understood that a fighter is as only good as his/her team.
