میرے ساتھ بھی ہوا تھا ایسا ایک ٹیچر تھیں جنہوں نے مجھ پر غلط الزام لگایا جو ثابت بھی نہیں ہوا اس نے میرا کیریئر خراب کرنے کی ہر کوشش کی میرے سامنے میری والدہ کو سب کے سامنے بے عزت کیا وہ مجھے آج تک نہیں بھولا نا بھولے گا اور 7th میں ہی مجے فیل کر کے سکول سے نکال دیا اور سرٹیفیکیٹ بھی نہیں دیا اس نے میرے سکول فرینڈز کر بھی بھڑکا دیا اور ان سے میری آج تک ان سے بہث رہتی ہے اور اب تو دوستوں نے گروہ سے بھی نکال دیا افسوس یہ ٹیچرز نہیں جلاد ہیں😢

I have watched the entire video with a very heavy heart, with tears in my eyes and in a shock! Goosebumps.... It's probably the first time I heard so many people saying one thing that we experienced but never got an outlet to express. Every word I listened to was special. Kudos to you for having many individuals come and share their untold stories. I wonder how I turned out to be if I didn't have to go to a prison like school for the 10 years of my life. History was about to repeat itself with my elder daughter when I took a bold step to reject the system and gave my child her freedom probably the hunter gatherer child had. the school i went in Karachi was Greenwood High and most of the female teachers were abusive and use to beat with stick it was mid 70s than my family moved to Queeta the school i went there was Tameer I Nau which turned out to be QUANTANIMO BAY for me how i spend three years iknow the reson Pakistan is so messed up bcz rhe VIOLENCE STARTS FROM OUR SCHOOLS

Brave of all these souls to come forward and share such hurt from past. It feels comforting to know I'm not the only one to share dissociating feelings and memories from my school life. From being a sound student who always scored highest to eventually losing my health and consequently consistence in my studies led to a complete shift of attitude from my teachers and peers. I was constantly compared with my elder siblings who performed extraordinary. My grades started going down so bad I never recovered. I also had my share of difficulties with Math. I can recall being rebuked the hardest when we used to be called to solve problems on board. My writing would go sloppy and mind would stop working. I still can't write well on board. School and college life brings back rough memories and I barely ever feel ready to confront them. Especially 8th grade onward. It's a time I want to completely wipe out from my past and childhood. When getting a teacher on board, apart from the expertise and grasp of subject, s/he should be tested for their emotional intelligence necessary for a responsible teacher. WIshing everyone healing and light.

Very bad days of school, I never want to even think about my school. Where teachers have 1 or 2 favorites and ignore the whole class where teachers used to beat his students with a stick at 07:00 O'Clock in the cold morning of December at approximately 0 - 3°C of temperature. We spend the whole day in fear of being beaten with stick. Will never forgive those teachers. Sir Shahid was worst teacher of my shcoolhood.

بدقسمتی سے میری یونیورسٹی ، یونیورسٹی آف انجینئرنگ اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی لاہور میں پہلے سمسٹر میں ٹیچر نے بھری کلاس میں میرے کپڑوں کا مذاق بنایا یہ بات جانے اور مانے بغیر کہ کوئی خوشی سے ہلکے یا سادہ کپڑے نہیں پہنتا بلکہ ہر کسی کا معاشی انتظام مختلف ہے۔ لیکن اس کا حقیقت میں اثر پڑا کہ پورے 4 سال پورے سیشن نے اس بات کا مذاق اڑایا اور مجھے یونیورسٹی سے چڑ ہوگئی اور آخر میں بددلی میں ڈھیٹ پن نے آجکڑا اور آج بھی مجھے اچھے کپڑے پہنے ہوئے لوگ انتہائی گھٹیا محسوس ہوتے ہیں۔

In west there is so much attention given to child psychology by there teachers when I see my 11 year old son how he struggled in maths and the way his teachers went out of the way to help him believe in himself to not doubt he can do it and In the end he did it I really wished I got that kind of teacher in pakistan. His teacher went out of the way to not compare him with other kids as they say you can't compare lemon with oranges

There should be a mental health status test before granting jobs In education sector. People join school not to teach but to earn money for their midnight food cravings or lawn suits shopping. Pakistani schools are not professional.

I think students in UAE especially in Dubai are in paradise. Teachers are not allowed to say a single harsh word and of the class is getting out of control, teacher should step out of the room instead of shouting. Students are extremely happy when schools open.

I was a lil overweight through out my school and everyone pointed out my weight. I developed an eating disorder. Now, I am obese in college. Still the same situation but now it has gotten worse because now I have male teachers and they always make fun of me and I laugh it out. Then I eat more after that. School ruined my health. When I was overweight, I was trying to lose weight and I did a little but then they started calling me "moto, moti, etc." I would've never developed any eating disorder if it was not stress eating🥺 My Physics teacher now literally calls me "pehlwan" main to hass deti hoon lekin ab mera saara dhyaan mera weight kam kerne per hai main chahti hoon ke main perhoon Lekin Nahi Mere dimag main wahi dhumta rehta hai ke main itni moti hoon aur Phir yahi sochte sochte kha leti hoon. I even have a chance that I am pre-diabetic. Mujhe esa bhi feel kerwaya gaya hai ke main kuch nahi ker sakti lekin Us cheez ko maine ignore kerdia maybe woh mirror main nahi dikhta hai. Now, I am learning Web development with college. Lekin Stress eating aadat ban gayi hai aur yeh aadat choot nahi rahi🥺

Sarkari schools me teachers nhi, jallad bethe hai, same is true for cheap private schools. And that chaos can easily be seen in our country at every level. Children are innocent. Teachers must not be allowed to cause violence. Domestic violence, school violence, political violence, bullying, ragging and you can continue to name them. That's not how nations are made.

me too never wanted to go back to school That was just traumatising era of my life our principle was a tyrant running a prison even though it was private school but it was like that One day he came to our class to replace maths teacher who was absent that day. The principle start teaching maths chapter Variations He asked what does variation means we didnt know so he make us stand in long line a beat us with tick like whip on back of the thighs and calfs i cant forget that misery And one of our nazra quran and islamyat teacher he was very biased person i never know that why he hated me so much One day i had fight with fellow that my fellow was his favourite student he told teacher that i asked him for sex we were in class 8th which was totally lie and felt school building fall upon me Then that pig in teacher disguise took a stick he start beating me without any distinction of my body part but i couldn't feel anything because that blame was more traumatizing for me then the stick next day i principle brought me in front of school assembly and told the students about what happened and again give me public punishment and i the midst of all i was never given chance to give any explanation I was a brightest student in whole school i was the one who saved that school by getting banned i was the one who confronted the inspection from education authorities but i even today if i get chance i will equal my score with him

#horrible Stories.... 😢at that time some parents even trust teachers more than their kids. It's very difficult to come out of childhood trauma😢 this is actually child harassment that shatters the Pakistani kids dreams 😢 You can even find million more stories Teachers have very big responsibility if they understand, teachers should learn anger management and emotional intelligence. ​@@MOMKAST If teacher is making you feel shame for not performing well, this is a positive thing. Refer to this research paper "Shame and the motivation to change the self". If you think we should consider and prioritise the children point of view, I don't agree. We all know how we insist in our childhood for our comfort-zone. But now we are thankful to our parents that they forced us to do certain things. A children does not know what is wrong and right for him/her. A state does not allow their citizens to cast a vote till a certain age. How parents or teachers should always accept every thing of children in democratic way?

​@@MOMKAST Secondly, I observed a different thing last days. My nephew of just four years toppled and we all ignored him. He just stand up again without any emotion. Then after 10 seconds his younger brother laughed at him and he started weeping. This shows that this is actually our environment which makes us feel neglected not some action. According to the James-Lange theory of emotion, an external stimulus leads to a physiological reaction. Your emotional reaction depends upon how you interpret those physical reactions. Now come to the main point, it is not a teacher's slap or stick which actually impacted a student. There must be an external factor like parents negative consoling or his class fellows reactions which make him/her feel low. In previous times, parents don't know psychology or Cognitive Appraisal Theory, but still they don't make his child feel that his/her teacher did wrong. Except parents guided their children that he should perform well.

Third and last thing, Bullying for skin tone, poverty, some physical disability, this is reality of our society and no one can deny this. This does not actually only related to teachers. This is found everywhere without the intention that this is wrong. Have you ever watched our comedy shows??? All about racism. You can do comedy without making fun of someone's face. If our main stream channels are broadcasting these types of shows, then what you expect from this nation. I am actually 💔 after listening story of cinderella and principal neglecting behaviour just for fee.
