Spider-Man 4 update Peter Parker will get a new love interest in the MCU that is not Zendaya's MJ! According to reports, Sydney Sweeney has been cast as Black Cat in the MCU for Spider-Man 4 and Felicia Hardy aka Black Cat will be the new love interest for Tom Holland's Spider-Man in Spider-Man 4 from Marvel Studios and Sony. Marvel and Sony have reportedly agreed on what they want for Spider-Man 4 and Black Cat will tie directly into Kingpin being the mayor of NYC in Spider-Man 4.

I think that's a choice. Black cat should have been in a spider-man movie already. But I think with Peter in college where he meets Felicia hardy I think that'll be perfect. I think ethier Sydney Sweeney, Natalia Dyer, or Samara Weaving would be great for the role of Black Cat. I think in this new trilogy, they're built to spider-man, miles morales & Black Cat vs the sinister six. So, we can assume that a movie every 2-3 years with his new trilogy starting in 2026 would make Tom Holland somewhere b/w 33-35. TO compare, he started playing Spider-Man when he was 18 in Civil War and till 35 y/o that'd be 17 years of playing Spider-Man and he'd be older than Tobey and Andrew by the time they finished their last movies. Tom Holland also expressed that he'd love for his mantle to pass onto a new generation. I agree there are countless more Peter Parker stories to tell, but the man himself wants a change. So I think it's not too late to introduce Miles morales.

This is very cool and I love black cat too! This sounds like something I’d definitely watch! I can’t help but think that there is still some baggage with the current situation especially with the way they built up MJ so much and the fact that they waited so long to actually test spider-man with a different situation but at the same time I definitely want to see them try something different and hopefully get more people interested in other possibilities besides saying that it’s Peter and MJ till the end of time! So hopefully this will be successful and it might even be a good turning point for Spider-man’s development in the future as a movie character. Dude, Marvel has the opportunity to do something really incredible with Spider-Man 4 (if Sony will shut up and stay out of the way). A ground level movie with Spider-Man, Daredevil and (maybe) The Punisher taking on Wilson Fisk (as either a side or main villain) would be peak level content.
