Start on your country's issues first before pointing onto others when it is mostly white people who started the commotion in the world

@crypsmart3927 I was at my rock bottom...had been depressed for most of my life.. and on April 22- 2021 I drove from San Diego to Virginia beach- listening to this book straight thru. It woke me up from my egoic mind that consumed and ran my life. It helped me to recognize so many of my blind spots. It showed me meditation. It showed me how to be the observer of my thoughts and not identifying with them. Then something unexpected happened- as I began the meditations- something opened up and unseen guides and helpers revealed themselves to me. (A hardcore atheist). Things I couldn't explain at the time. Precognitive dreams and something responding to my journaling... responded to my meditations. Something loving cracked me open and my reality started changing very drastically. I woke up one morning and many of my ailments and pains- spinal issues- asthma- migraines- my inability to get up early - all ... simply were gone. I don't know how. Surely over the years since then I've had to do the work to keep these things gone .. as they sometimes try to resurface... but now I have the tools and awareness to see them before they can take over again. This book began my journey of spiritual awakening and I've been on that journey ever since.

I have been following Dr. Joe's work for about a month so I understand this book and some of the principles. This science has inspired me to try to cure my nephew's Myotonic Dystrophy using my thoughts. It may take time and work but it will be worth it.

How to deal with fears and anxiety that jumps from one bad thought to another including fear of death of others?

Can anyone who has gone thru this and overcame it respond? I’ll go first, to me first off it’s a constant thing that can get lowered in frequency but don’t think can be deleted forever. I think it has a place but in balance. We need fear but too much is probably not good. I personally write down my thoughts and ask myself why, why do I feel this way? Then i figure out how to reduce the chance of that fear happening and then implement it. It’s hard at first but what I learned is communication is the main thing and communicating fast but in a way that does not offend the party you have fear over. Alot of times it’s a family memeber for me I tell them that I love them and fear that x will happen then I ask what do you think and then we can talk about how to lower the chance of that happening. Then I communicate with them weekly or so and encourage them or recognize any improvements they do. This is what I do but would love to learn from others as well how you handle this situation

Did some research looks like he offers free courses from time to time but its only for a limited time. He will offer more in the future youi will need to be checking out his website or go to his facebook group / website to see next time he will offer it. Doesnt show yet but will just have to be checking it from time to time to see when he launches his next free course
