In some strange way maybe the stalker mod made the factory encounter easier, I can’t imagine fighting dozens of mimics, hiding in every corner and shadow would have gone better. I’d guess there is now way for the mod author to tie NPCs to specific areas.

Seeing you rack up a bodycount with the Mosin in one spot... Man, the bolt racking on the Mosin in this game is so smooth. It's up there with Resident Evil 4 VR's Springfield, but also more realistic.

Also you can find a second stash for the pp-91 in kolkoze at the garden centre at the very last place there is a ramp from a flower bed go up that and you'll find a pp-91 with +p boxes next to it

Okay so here are my tips for surviving in the stalker mod: 1. if you don't have a suppressor, use subsonic rounds. A lot of the guns are louder than they were in vanilla. 2. bolotky sucks. i recommend gearing up a lot more, maybe doing side quests to get a good rifle before going after the story missions there. 3. makarov sucks. don't use it any more than absolutely necessary. That's easy to do, he can just loot the starting area over and over again, until he has enough money to buy every gun. Would take many hours, but not hard

@@tarekvr Takes long, but very easy. Also, shopless would likely take even longer, given that then you'd have to hunt down multiple boxes to get one of each gun. They're already unlikely to have a gun, so the RNG becomes hellish

Frag grenades having the explosion part practically ignore what seemed like completely normal cover like a set of stairs feels rather bullshit and is one of the 2 reasons why I rarely use them, the second reason is that I can't throw them right to save my damn LIFE

Dude, I never even though about going that way around to collect the bomb first. If it wasn't for that LITRAL PLATOON OF MIMICS, I think you could have worked that route well. Also, have you tried just running for all the stashes just to collect the weapons just after the first mission? Just to build up your own arsenal before you get too far in.

The PU scope was a blessing, surprised you didn't put it on. I get it for the close range, but can't you still use the iron sights under the scope? Also if you could take on 30 enemies that was a bug in the game, I'm sure you can take on the actual thing later- keep going man.

For me the game runs the same as with him. And you aren't really gonna notice that his game runs bad unless it hits sub 60 fps.

A problem i saw online is that if ur using cable link sometimes ur pc is not gonna priorotise the cable connection which makes vr games in general run baddly, i dont remember how to fix it but maybe check online about it

There can be a lot of issues with vr that cause bad performance. Generally speaking though you do need a pretty powerful system to have a good experience with it. There are performance guides online you can look up for tips
